Eddie and Julian (I hope I remember their names correctly!) were the best tour guides I felt like family by the end of the tour. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, safe, and I felt taken care of! The tour was jam packed with adventure from a small local swimming hole, to playa Linda, to having lunch at a restaurant with the best of a waterfall before hitting up Nauyaca falls, and finishing with a pitstop for coffee in Dominical. I truly had such a great day and during the green season we had a small group of 5 total. I cannot express how much I loved this experience!!
It is amazing, you get a little bit of everything from the water falls to the beachâs. Our tour guides were very helpful and amazing. Ian and Davis were awesome.
This was an amazing day! We did the tour with Ian & Julian. Ian was a wonderful tour guide, with lots of great information & guidance. From the jump in the 1st waterfall to the beach trip with fresh coconut water that Julian cut down for us, souvenir shopping and ending with Nauyaca waterfall. Snacks & lunch included. It was a magical day! Ian took so many great pictures & videos of us & gave them all to us at the end. I would highly recommend this excursion. Ian made this trip so fun.
My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time on the Nauyaca Waterfall Tour! From the very beginning, everything was organized and seamless. We were picked up right on time and given clear instructions ahead of the tour about what to bring and how to prepare, which made the entire experience stress free.
We didnât book a private tour, but it ended up being just the two of us and honestly, I wasnât disappointed at all! It felt like we had our own personalized experience. Our guide was great, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire adventure.
From exploring the beautiful waterfalls to making our way to the beach, every part of the day was incredible. The scenery was breathtaking, the experience was fun, and the entire excursion was handled professionally.
If youâre visiting Costa Rica and considering the Nauyaca Waterfall Tour, DO IT! We would absolutely recommend it.
đ´đŚ 10/10 experience from start to finish! Pura Vida! đ¨đˇ
Highly recommend this beautiful action packed adventure. Amazing sights, beautiful rainforest and waterfalls. The tour was truly made extraordinary by Mambo, our tour guide and Julien, out driver. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They exercised great judgment and experience to ensure our individual safety. By the middle of the day we had already formed a bond with them. Thank you.
Mambo was an amazing tour guide. Very patient, and fun! Julien was a great driver! Food was excellent for lunch. It was definitely a full day and we left exhausted and tired! Saw beautiful beaches and waterfalls!
Such a fun day! The waterfalls, beach, and mini stops were all gorgeous and exciting! Our tour guides Ian, Kian, and Julian really made the trip fun and exciting. Ian was enthusiastic, charismatic, helpful and entertaining. Both him and Kian really were accommodating and helpful as I had a sprained ankle at the time. Also, I loved that every time someone came on the shuttle Ian reintroduced everyone to each other. This was great because it made us all feel connected right from the start. Thanks for a great adventure!
We had a great time! We were the only people on the tour, so it felt like a private tour. We stopped at a brash and saw a sloth, then went to Nauyaca waterfall. Our guide was Andy and he was awesome and took us to 3 viewpoints. We were able to soak in the water at 2 of the locations. He also applied a clay mask on each of us. It was a lot of fun. The lunch that was provided was very good. From there, we stopped at a smaller waterfall and some people were cliff jumping. We did the easiest jump and it was fun. We would totally do this again!
We had such a great time checking out a couple of waterfalls and a beach! Ian who was our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly.
My family and I had so much fun on this tour! Javier and Julian were amazing guidesâŚvery knowledgeable and fun to talk to. They were very accommodating. We loved the stop at beautiful Playa Linda with the fresh coconut and delicious pineapple. Our hike in to the Falls was gorgeous. We were so grateful to have a guide to help those of us brave enough to climb and jump off of the waterfall! It was a very fun day ending with a delicious lunch. Highly recommend!
Jordyn and Julien accompanied us on our trip â Such lovely and welcoming people. The tour was very informative, and truly an amazing time. All of our stops were well timed, and I felt like we got the most out of all the locations! Highly recommend.
I travelled with my wife and friends. I highly recommend this team, every single person was amazing and helpful. Ian has amazing instincts and watched every single individual with attention to detail. The whole team had a role and the ride was very educational. Book it!!!!
This was so so worth the money. You donât have to stress about the drive or the tickets or finding lunch. The only reason the tour itself wasnât 5 stars was because there was one stop at the begining where they let you âjump off a waterfallâ which is cool to say you did it but itâs basically a creek. You can jump at nauyaca and itâs incredible so I would have rather skipped the first stop and spent more time at the end. However our guide Ian was 6 stars!! So charming, knowledgeable, respectful, and made you feel included. I learned so much and he made sure everyone had their expectations met. At the waterfall he helped whoever wanted to jump and made sure we all got our vacation photos! The stairs on the way up from the waterfall are tough but he made sure no one was left behind and didnât make it obvious anyone was struggling.
Our tour guide was Ian and driving was Julian. Absolutely spectacular. This tour was a full day packed with the best tour guide. We made many stops including a market, a beach and a coffee spot .
Jordan and Julian provided an incredible experience. They were both enthusiastic to share their knowledge and love for nature and the culture. Jordan kept everyone engaged throughout the experience, going above and beyond to find/point out things along the way. The mix of activities was great and the waterfall was as good as advertised. The meal after the visit to the waterfall was also excellent.
Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful day with Ian as our guide! He was very informative about the Costa Rican culture and answered all of our questions. He safely navigated us to 2 waterfall locations where we could jump in and swim for a bit and we visited a beach and a coffee shop too! After the Nauyaca waterfall, which was amazing, we had lunch before we came home. It was a great day that I would recommend to everyone!
Was a great tour through Manuel Antonio Park. We saw lots of animals and the guide, Alexis, was great. We learned a lot too as the guide was very knowledgeable. You definitely need a guide to see the park ask for Alexis as a guide if you can
Be prepared for a good hike. But itâs worth it. Good for all ages as long as they are able to make it back up.
This was a great trip! We learned a lot about Costa Rica from Eddie and Jordan and had an amazing time at the waterfall.
Wonderful experience! Eddie and Julian were amazing guides! We traveled with our two kids and it was safe and fun! We visited a beach, two waterfalls, and grabbed some yummy coffee!

Thank you so much! Weâre so glad you had fun and enjoyed the beautiful scenery and learning more about Costa Rica.
Incredible experience with our guide Eddie . Full day well worth every penny and more . Company is so thoughtful and considerate patient with children and adults alike . Food was authentic and fresh. Accommodating vegetarians . This was the highlight of our week in Manuel Antonio!!
Notes to prepare , wear good shoes to hike the waterfall . Flip flops were a mistake for the staircase. Waterfall is beautiful and we enjoyed the climb and some of the shorter jumps . Kids had a blast. This company puts safety and the overall experience first .

Edwin was an amazing tour guide! If there were any tours to book on your trip let it be this one! The waterfall was truly one of a kind!
This trip was amazing. Playa Linda and Nauyaca waterfall were breathtaking! Lunch was delicious. The tour group was quite small so nice and intimate, and our guide Eddie was very personal and knowledgable. 10/10 recommend!!
Great all around experience for an all day trip! Guides were helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we had plenty of stops for good food, coffee and bathrooms. The waterfall was breathtaking and the multiple other stops gave us a flavor of CR life. I canât wait to see the photos the guides took to share with my family. Thanks Eddie and crew!!
10 out of 10 would recommend. Eddie & Raul were fantastic hosts, helped us up a waterfall so we could jump, and told us a little background to the city and the surrounding area. Excited to see the photos and canât wait to come back!
This is a must see! We stopped at 4 different places and they all were beautiful! Lunch was fantastic and our tour guides Brian and Raul were very friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had a good time.
This a great tour! Brian and Julian (our driver) made this tour perfect. We saw sloths, monkeys and birds. He was very tentative to our day and to make sure it was great! The waterfall is amazing! The snacks, drinks and lunch were an added plus!
Andy with Bright Adventures was so good! He made the experience educational, fun and personable. We werenât expecting the workout but it was all worth it. And we even got up close to a sloth - finally after day 4 in Costa Rica. It was the cherry on top for us on this tour. Andy and his driver were the best & lunch was delicious! Highly recommend.
