No speed limiters on the comfortable Honda ATVs. Great hike to the waterfall and a delicious typical Tico lunch before heading back. Gabriel was a great guide. Highly recommend this excursion!

It was a great experience! My guide was very cool and patient. The ride was fun the bike can be easily handled. Thanks for lunch! We got to taste a delicious traditional Costa Rican food at the end.

Great experience with guides. This tour can be enjoyed by anyone. We went for my son and he had a blast driving the ATV. Not strenuous , easy going maybe even. Little slow for people with ATV experience. This was bout my kid- he was thrilled , so I was happy

We had a great time! 2 adults and 2 kids. Nothing too crazy on the atvs if you’re used to operating machinery but was still a lot of fun. The waterfall stop was beautiful and a great addition to the trip. It would’ve been nice to have a few extra minutes to walk a couple swinging bridges. We enjoyed going through the villages and it was interesting to see the water buffalo working in the plantations. Safe, family friendly activity. I would recommend to any age! A highlight of our trip!

We have 2 teenage boys, and I think it was a good level of excitement for them. No crazy hills or anything, it was safe enough for inexperienced atv drivers, but we did get to go faster than I expected. The whole family loved it!! Not sure I’d recommend it for little ones though.
It rained almost the entire time, but luckily the tour continued anyway.
We got a little break, and they gave us pineapple & cookies before the ride back.
Then we got a traditional lunch when we got back, and it was delicious!
It was our favorite event of our entire Costa Rican vacation! Highly recommend!!

We were told to arrive at 2pm, other guests were late so we didn’t get on atvs until 3pm. He should have advertised that it was for beginners & children. Atvs had speed regulators & overall a boring ride surrounded by children. Would NOT recommend if you have ever ridden an ATV, you will be bored senseless. There are much better ATV tours in the area….. guide was pleasant

Guides were lovely and kept us safe. Practice run for us first timers was helpful and we had a great time. It was pouring sloths and monkeys so we skipped the river swim, which was a smart move by the guides as the river was moving very swiftly. They were so sweet and helped us celebrate our child’s birthday by helping me get a cake for them in the middle of the jungle. Something the teen will never forget. Carlos, Gabriel and Oscar were wonderful guides. Highly recommend. Would do it again. You can drive yourself to the location and check with them what time you need to really get there. We weee scheduled for the 1030 but got there at 11 per their guidance. Ample time and had a fun 3.5 hours.

This tour was fun for anyone seeking adventure. A few things to note. Of the 3 tours we took during our stay, the guides on this tour were the least friendly/accommodating. Beautiful views but very little time to enjoy them. We would have liked time to stop and take in views/take pictures. Helmets smell seemed to disturb most guest. Lunch was mediocre. Fun excursion but could use some changes.

Riding the ATVs was the best part. We also enjoyed swimming in the waterfall. They give you a water bottle, crackers with cheese in them, and pinapple as a snack after the waterfall hike. Lunch at the end was just OK; beans, rice with very little chicken mixed in and macaroni salad. My real only negative is that I didn't find all the people running the tour very friendly compared to other tours. P.S. They also take action photos for you on ATV and sell them at a very reasonable price.

This trip was Litty! Went with a group of 4 and it was so exciting. Terrain was awesome. It rained, but we loved that too. Tour guides were really hilarious and fun. Lunch at the end was fire. Definitely recommend this tour.

This was a great ATV tour. I was expecting from the notes that we would learn more about the culture and ecosystem and have wildlife pointed out to us. The guides were great - it was essentially an awesome ATV ride with great snacks, an authentic lunch & nice hike to the waterfall.

The tour from start to finish was a wonderful experience! Had a blast driving the ATV but also really enjoyed the hike to a beautiful falls, learned a lot. Then to top it off the meal at the conclusion of the tour was delightful and refreshing. Our tour guide was informative and entertaining, truly a joy to have the opportunity.

My friend and I had a blast on this ATV excursion! There was a lot of driving through palm plantations and other scenery. Lots of splashing through puddles, creeks and up steep muddy trails. We were impressed. There was opportunity to take a hike through Rainmaker walking over a suspended bridge seeing multiple waterfalls and taking a snack break at a natural pool below a fall. I would highly recommend doing solo ATV riding, we covered a lot more ground and had a more intense experience than the separate group that had couples paired up on a single ATV.
There was a woman in our group that had never been on an ATV before and she did great keeping up. It was impressive. They helped get her up to speed quickly during the practice near the starting base and has her trail directly behind the guide.
Typical Costa Rican lunch provided at the base at the end of the excursion.

Riding ATVs in the jungle was one of the highlights of our Costa Rican honeymoon!! Our guide, Alex was amazing. His charismatic but laid back energy was exactly what you’re looking for in a tour guide. He was very concise in our training of how to drive the vehicles but very accommodating to whoever needed some extra help. After a little practice, we were off on an unforgettable ride through dirt trails, palm forests and Costa Rican jungle.
After several miles of riding, we dismounted our ATV’s and set off on foot through a beautiful forest trail. Our short journey on foot led us through footbridges, streams, lush tropical landscapes and the occasional waterfall. Even had a few animal encounters along the way(nothing hazardous). After spending a few minutes eating some pineapple that Alex handed out and getting our feet wet at a lovely oasis, we hiked back to the ATVs.
The ride back to camp was just as fun as the voyage in. Even though anyone can handle the entire ATV trail with little to no experience, there was plenty of variety and exciting terrain for even the most adventurous thrill seekers.
Once we got back to base camp, we were treated to a delicious Costa Rican lunch and iced tea that definitely hit the spot. This tour was by far one of me and my wife’s favorite memories of Costai Rica. It was safe, riveting and very culturally immersive. Would absolutely recommend!

Man muss schon Motorsportfan sein, damit sich das Geld auszahlt. Die Wasserfall Besichtigung ist für einen Österreicher nichts besonderes und es kam wir wie nur schnell abfertigen vor. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Guides sehr nett und das Fahren mit dem Gerät ganz lustig. Den Kids hat es gefallen.
