I booked this for 15...
I booked this for 15 people (8 adults, 7 children). Everything was all planned out and went smoothly from the hotel pick up and drop off. They served fruits and sandwiches which were good. There was a photographer, but he wasn't pushing at all. I told him we would use our phones to take pictures and not purchase any pictures from him. He didn't bother us at all. I wanted to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16 since we were there. Staffs decorated the boat with balloons and prepared a cake for my daughter. Boat was clean, has bathrooms, enough equipment for snorkeling. Slide was fun. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Experience!
We had an amazing time! The pace was great. We went to the first church in the DR which had beautiful architecture. We went horse back riding through the mountains, had an authentic Dominican meal by a river, went through a market with extra security, stopped by a cocoa and chocolate farm and saw a typical family house. Lastly we went to the beach. Me and my cousin who are in our early 30’s felt safe, secure and loved! It was a great cultural experience especially bc our resort is very isolated from the Dominican cultural experiences.

Punta cana Buggy Ride
We had an amazing time on our Punta Cana buggy ride! The whole experience was fun, well-organized, and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special shoutout to our guide Happy — he was absolutely fantastic. He never rushed us through any part of the activity and made sure we truly enjoyed every stop along the way. We especially loved the time at Macao Beach. Unlike other tours that feel hurried, he gave us plenty of time to relax, explore, and take it all in. On top of that, he even helped take photos for us, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Happy as your guide. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time!

A great view of DR culture!
This was a lovely day on our vacation and allowed us a view into the culture of the DR that you miss when staying only at the hotel/resort. I would definitely recommend! It is a fairly long drive, around 3 hours from Punta Cana. There is information provided by the tour guide along the way which was engaging and interesting. Once you get to the colonial city, the tour is a walking tour. The pace of the tour is great, but be sure to keep up when given a time limit. I lost track of time and was almost left behind in the Cathedral. A buffet lunch is provided at a local restaurant and it was really great! The beef was phenomenal, as well as the dessert "coconut candy." I'll be honest that we were a little hesitant about it by look, but it tasted so good! The souvenir market we stopped at in the colonial city had so many options of locally made goods. Bring cash (USD or pesos are both accepted) for a significant discount on your purchase, as well as to tip your tour guide and driver! On the way back to Punta Cana we stopped at a small chocolate factory which had a very short demonstration of chocolate making and products, and time to explore their gift shop for chocolate, bath and body products, and souvenirs (I included a photo of some of the hand-painted dolls they had here - absolutely gorgeous!)
