I had such a great time with the Fun at Sea crew. Montana was such a great host. I was celebrating my 30th birthday and we had a ball! They decorated the boat with my favorite color balloons and got me a cake! The snacks was delicious and the water was refreshing. Everyone was so nice and I would definitely be back and book again with them! They made my day so special!
From booking to sailing everything was a pleasurable experience. We had a great time partying, swimming and eating. The crew was amazing and I do plan on coming back to punta Cana and will book this again no questions asked.
The best private charter in Punta Cana. Hands down! The communication is top tier. This company is very professional. Very prompt. Very thorough. The staff was super friendly and helpful From start to finish. Valerie assured me that my birthday would be a success. Even when I felt overwhelmed she came and calmed my spirit. I am forever grateful. Please book with this company. You will not regret it.
We did a few boat excursions while we visited Punta Cana, and this was our least favorite. There are better options with better customer service, attention to details. This excursion felt like a money pit. There was more staff members on board to "assist" then our family. And they did not really provide much service. Even when we asked multiple times for help with the activities. They also had a photographer that was from a different company join and took many pics that we asked to not have taken. Additionally they took us to places that had lots of seaweed. Our other excursions managed to find great seaweed-free location. They also promised via message to have decorations and cake for celebration and did not deliver anything we had discussed. Basically they need to work a lot on their customer service and training for crew.
I do not recommend this excursion, try the one on a speedboat. That was an amazing experience!
The customer service is top tier! We had an amazing time. The staff decorated the boat with balloons since were celebrating two graduates and provided them with a Cake and food. I will definitely book again.
We booked a private boat for 10 people and were later contacted to say there was a mistake on the platform and the boat was not available for that time slot (even though we had already paid for it). A rep contacted me through Whatsapp and we eventually settled on a different boat that was available that day. We were trying to be flexible. The morning of the trip the driver (Transportation included) came with my name printed out and the 10 of us get into the vehicle car. We arrive and get on the boat. One of the 2 bathroom were out of service. Boat was clean and the staff was friendly. We were having a great time having some drinks and playing music. The snorkeling portion was excellent. Saw lots of colorful fish. There was a photographer so you know your going to get banged out for pics in the end. He was funny and set us up with some funny poses. Anyway we get to the end and the guy wants $500 for the pics. Lol - No way. We negotiate a bit and end up paying $300 (which we shoul dhave passed on) for a link with all the pics. We have done this before. Ultimately we get the pics and were disappointed in the overall quality of them. Do yourself a favor and take a lot of your own pics and save the money. Lastly we get off the boat and again in a very good mood. We tipped everyone well including the photographer. They were all very happy. We are escorted off the beach and our taxi is nowhere to be found. There are wave after wave of cabs coming, none are for us. I try communicating through WhatsApp and get no response. We are being walked around in the heat to different areas of the parking lot always being assured the cab is 10 minutes which was always a lie. They tell you to wait here and walk you into a little dive store so you can buy souvenirs and ultimately after an hour of waiting in heat and smelling sewage and given false promises we have to fend for ourselves, grab and pay for a cab to the hotel. The excellent communication with the rep stopped as soon as you excursion was over. I was told they would look into what happened but never heard back. Not cool and not how you should treat your customers.
Did a private rental and the crew was amazing, attentive and super fun. We snorkeled, did the water slide and hung out at a private beach with music and drinks galore. Only downside is you need to negotiate with the photographer. I wish that was just an add on for the package to avoid awkward conversations and the back and forth. Photographer won’t give price up front, weird.
It was an awesome day! Montana was an excellent host. Bartender, captain amazing. We loved the the whole trip and the excellent service.
This was the absolute BEST!! We were going to miss the initial booking because our flight was delayed and we had to rebook BUT Micaela was so gracious to find a different available time for us to go so I didn't lose my money on the booking. While on the charter all of the staff was great. We had a blast with Montana, Franco, and Mary. The music was great, drinks were flowing and the snack hit the spot.
I booked this for 15 people (8 adults, 7 children). Everything was all planned out and went smoothly from the hotel pick up and drop off. They served fruits and sandwiches which were good.
There was a photographer, but he wasn't pushing at all. I told him we would use our phones to take pictures and not purchase any pictures from him. He didn't bother us at all.
I wanted to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16 since we were there. Staffs decorated the boat with balloons and prepared a cake for my daughter.
Boat was clean, has bathrooms, enough equipment for snorkeling. Slide was fun. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much!
It was great to have the boat to ourselves to enjoy with our group and the crew was very friendly. We left something behind and the staff was so helpful in getting it back to us that night which we really appreciated. Overall great experience!
Overall this was a good experience. The coordination of the booking and pickup was excellent and my questions were always answered quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. There wasn't too much to see while snorkeling and the choppy sea was a challenge, but we all enjoyed the slide. The last stop at shallow water was fun as well. We could have done without the hard sell of the picture package at the end.
This is a boat to force you into having their photographer take pictures of you and then he spent 30 minutes high pressure selling me the photo package for $600!! This nearly ruined the whole day for me. Snorkeling is meh at best. Way too many boats. The “dolphin viewing” is watching some poor dolphins trapped in a very small cage. They dropped us on a beach full of trash for 40 minutes-guess they were conserving fuel
They didn’t have enough snorkeling equipment for 11 people. Only had 2 mouth pieces to breathe in while snorkeling and didn’t take us to a reef like the description. We also only did 2 stops. The sand bar was pretty fun. Crew was really nice but the description of the excursion was different from what we got.
Great time! Wonderful crew!
They played music we enjoyed and kept us entertained throughout the entire trip.
Fun at Sea DID NOT disappoint! We booked this amazing excursion for my husband’s 50th while in Punta Cana and it was perfect! The boat was emaculate and the crew was attentive, fun and professional! They decorated boat for private sail and even surprised him with a cake. Even had photographer that provided beautiful pictures and drone action for a reasonable fee. Definitely book and we certainly would choose Fun at Sea again without a question!
This excursion was excellent! The staff was friendly and fun. Catamaran was clean and the vibes were on 10. 10/10 recommend.

We booked this boat for a 10th yr wedding anniversary/renewal ceremony. Im sure it was an unusual request but we had the best time ever! The crew was so accommodating, the photographer was excellent. They provided a cake and decorated, it was perfect! 10/10 from the moment we booked until we ended the boat ride! I would recommend 100%.
I cannot recommend this excursion enough. From the boat (spacious and nice) to the staff (friendly, fun, and helpful), everything exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 6 moms and 6 daughters on a senior trip. This was the perfect excursion for us. We were looking for something safe, private, and low key. This tour delivered in all respects. If you want to have fun, book this tour with confidence and without delay. You won't regret it.
