Pick-up is included from all resorts in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Uvero Alto, and Macao. Guests staying in Cap Cana must go to the Information Center of Cap Cana (main security gate), which serves as the official meeting point. In most hotels, pick-up is done at the security gate, not the lobby. If you are staying in an Airbnb or residential area, you may go to the nearest hotel security gate or one of our designated meeting points. You may also arrive directly at the ranch if you prefer to come on your own. You will receive your exact pick-up time and location the night before your excursion. Same-day bookings are accepted. Pick-up generally occurs 1 hour before your tour time, and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes during high season or for distant hotels. Please be at your assigned pick-up point 10 minutes before your scheduled time. The driver will call your name three times. If you are not present, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

We had a Great time! Driving the buggies was a little nerve racking at but they are easy to get the hang of. Tastings were delicious. Of course the beach visit and the cenote visit could have been long but the tour being only 4hrs it is understandable for sure. I'm a big beautiful woman and my crew helped me just into the Cenote and pulled me back out again!!!!

This was an energetic and fun tour for teens. We were a little nervous about the pickup because it was scheduled after our tour time, but it all worked out ok. Got a ride straight from our hotel, had a fun adventure, and made it back no problem.

This was a very fun activity. My friend and I shared one ATV, and it worked out great. There was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything at the chocolate/coffee/tea/cigar stop. The beach was beautiful. Heads up that it was very crowded in the cave. Overall a lovely time.
