Pick-up is included from all resorts in Bávaro, Punta Cana, Uvero Alto, and Macao. Guests staying in Cap Cana must go to the Information Center of Cap Cana (main security gate), which serves as the official meeting point. In most hotels, pick-up is done at the security gate, not the lobby. If you are staying in an Airbnb or residential area, you may go to the nearest hotel security gate or one of our designated meeting points. You may also arrive directly at the ranch if you prefer to come on your own. You will receive your exact pick-up time and location the night before your excursion. Same-day bookings are accepted. Pick-up generally occurs 1 hour before your tour time, and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes during high season or for distant hotels. Please be at your assigned pick-up point 10 minutes before your scheduled time. The driver will call your name three times. If you are not present, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Stay hydrated!!! It was extremely hot on excursion day and everytime we stopped and exited the atvs the seats were very hot when we came back. Take a towel or something to sit on. The staff was friendly. Some our group members atvs and buggies experienced mechanical issues while out and had to be reassigned transportation. The photographer took amazing pictures. I would book this company again.

It was amazing and very fun! The tour guides were very fun and we got to get very muddy which is what we wanted. The beach they take you to is very relaxing and we had a nice time.

Great experience well worth the money. Some equipment issues on a couple of vehicles that were attempted to be used. They replaced them timely. Almost a full day adventure from pickup to return back to our resort.

This is a scam, they will literally pretend to pick you up and leave quickly to avoid providing a service.
The quad / ATV is only a partial experience... The rest is people haggling you to buy things that's why there's no specific experience with just a ATV / Quad ride.

We strongly disagree with this review, and the documented communication record does not support the claim that this was a scam or that we “pretended” to provide transportation.
For transparency to future guests, here is exactly what happened:
The guest booked the 2:30 PM activity, which is the tour start time. Hotel pickup takes place earlier, as clearly explained in the activity information.
At 9:59 AM, we sent the guest a direct confirmation stating: “Your pickup is scheduled for 1:45 PM at the hotel lobby. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.” We also provided the Transportation Manager’s WhatsApp number and attached a photo of the bus so it could be easily identified.
At 12:29 PM, another pickup reminder was sent asking the guest to be at the meeting point before the confirmed pickup time and to contact us immediately if there was any uncertainty regarding the time or location.
At 1:33 PM, we sent: “It’s time for your pickup! Please head to the meeting point now. Your transportation is arriving.”
At 1:49 PM, we sent another message: “Your bus is outside waiting for you.”
The guest did not contact us until 2:29 PM, approximately 40 minutes after the bus was confirmed outside, and after the scheduled pickup time had passed.
Most importantly, the guest himself acknowledged in our conversation: “The driver called me” and “The driver waited less than 10 mins.” This directly contradicts the allegation in this review that we merely “pretended to pick you up.”
Our transportation is shared with other guests and follows a scheduled route. A driver cannot remain at one hotel indefinitely or return after continuing the route, as doing so would delay every other customer.
Even after the missed pickup, our team attempted to help by providing an alternative location where the guest could still meet the transportation and participate. The guest declined and requested a refund instead.
Regarding the comments about vendors and purchases, the guest did not attend the tour. Our listing explains the itinerary, and we even proactively warn guests that independent vendors may be present, that purchases and tips are completely optional, and that they should not feel pressured to buy anything.
We respect every guest’s right to leave a review, including a negative one. However, describing this as a “scam” or claiming that we intentionally avoided providing the service is inconsistent with the documented timestamps, the transportation attempt, the multiple reminders, and the guest’s own messages confirming that the driver called and waited.
The transportation was provided at the confirmed place and time. Unfortunately, the guest was not present for the scheduled pickup.

Wasn’t sure what to expect for under £30 per person. But I can honestly say that for under £30 a person you’ll struggle to find anything else that offers great value for a fun and exciting experience for the kids. Be prepared to get wet and muddy, and deffo bring your own glasses and bandanas in advance (I got a 4-pk of bandanas from Amazon for £6). Also wear dark shorts/tee as the wet mud won’t easily wash out of the clothes back at the hotel.
Surprisingly from the other tours we passed, we were the only ones where helmets were worn.
The tour provided photographers and photos were great. A bit pricey but far better than anything I could capture myself. I did use my Meta glasses to record parts of the experience.

I will say, depending on where you stay. Your bus ride will be two hours. I was staying the serenade and it took two hours going to pick up all the people to get to the ATV ride actual ATV ride was fun. The cave was a little weird because there was nowhere to actually safely enter an exit. And the beach is just a Cash grab they send you off to people for them to try and get money out of you and then when it was time to go back, it was double the amount of people that we had picking up and mind you, this is the open buses with no AC Like there’s no way that all these people should be on one bus, especially with my commute alone with half the people was two hours. They said there was nothing they could do once they get their money they don’t care. So I just got off at the review and Uber back to my hotel.

We traveled with our 15 year old and this tour was absolutely amazing- we wanted to see the sites of the back country of the DR while also taking the buggies for a ride and stopping to see some sites! The coffee/chocolate tasting and cave stop was so neat. We bought some ice cream and enjoyed a dip through a cave. The photographer we were able to hire when we did our check in was fabulous and we would not have had this many terrific photos otherwise. Next we stopped at the beach and enjoyed a pineapple drink in a real pineapple and the waves in the water were amazing. The area around the beach was super cute and the local salespeople were not pushy at all in our opinion. we have traveled to Mexico, Rome and Paris and felt this was truly not pushy at all. as soon as we stated no thank you in Spanish they never bothered us again. the whole tour was well organized and a ton of fun. we did opt to purchase a handmade statue with our names on it that was ready when we returned back to base- highly recommened.

We read the reviews carefully before booking this tour, and after experiencing it ourselves, we honestly don’t understand how it has such a high rating.
We were the first pickup from our resort and spent nearly two hours getting to the actual tour location. Once we arrived, the organization felt somewhat chaotic, although I will say the staff seemed to be trying hard.
The tour itself was extremely underwhelming. We drove to a location to taste a few things, then went to a beach that was overwhelmed with aggressive vendors and salespeople. It did not feel relaxing or enjoyable.
The final stop was a cave, where we were supposed to have about 20 minutes. It took what felt like most of that time just getting down the stairs. After waiting and walking for so long, we eventually turned around rather than continue. We stopped and bought a few empanadas from a local vendor instead — and honestly, those empanadas were the best part of the entire tour.
We have taken a similar tour before, and this experience doesn't come close to comparing. Losing essentially an entire vacation day to this was extremely disappointing.
I’m still genuinely shocked to see a 4.9-star rating with hundreds of reviews. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this tour, and I regret booking it.
I also wish there were an option to receive a refund when a tour falls this far short of expectations. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will think twice before booking another Viator tour.

Overall the excursion could've been executed better. The pricepoint is really good compared to other companies. Here are the issues that could've been avoided...
1. Transport: The truck was 30 mins late which meant the tour became rushed. Also, there wasn't enough seats in the truck so many people had to squish together and ride uncomfortably.
2. Beach: We spent 30 mins on the beach which was a waste of time. All the guests were from resorts that already have a beach.
3. Cenote: The cave was supposed to be the highlight. However, we literally spent 5 mins there due to time. Only 3 people were able to into the water. At least 20 - 30 mins should've been allocated to the cenote.

Overall great experience . Spending extra got us a private experience for family of 5. Maceo beach definitely had way too many pushy vendors. Cenote was packed , wish that wasn’t so busy. We did have one vehicle break yet they got a replacement one to us within minutes

As I type this I'm sitting on the bus back to our resort after 8 hours of being trapped on this tour. They took me and my friends off our ATVs after 2 stops - one of which was a tourist trap to buy mamajuana and cigars while other was a beach where solicitors swarm you to buy photos and souvenirs. Shockingly long amounts of time spent in transportation and stuck at their gift shop.

We strongly disagree with this characterization. At no point were you or your group “trapped” for 8 hours. This is a shared excursion with round-trip transportation, which includes pickups and drop-offs for multiple guests and is separate from the activity duration.
The stops you described are part of the advertised itinerary, including the typical Dominican house and Macao Beach. Purchases of mamajuana, cigars, photos, souvenirs, or any other products are entirely optional. Vendors at Macao Beach are independent and are not employees of our company.
We respect that the experience may not have met your personal expectations, but describing scheduled stops and shared transportation as being “trapped” is inaccurate and creates a misleading impression for future travelers.

Great excursion from pick up to drop off went as expected and described. Beach is very quick and the sonote is small butt so refreshing as an ending. Bring a handkerchief for mud or dust or you can buy one there. Guides are super attentive.

I didnt like there was such a big group to be able to really ride the buggies and have fun. I think it should have been broken up to really enjoy. I then dropped my glasses went back to get it and one the works took. Telling me it was my family members maybe.Asked for assistance and took forever to just say someone took it hes not sure.

We booked this excursion last minute and it was 100% worth it for the price and to see DR off the resort! We enjoyed the beach views and the adventure. We wish we had more time at the stops. Wouldn't recommend it, due to the level of unorganization. A lot if not majority of the day was spent idle and/or being patronized to make a purchase. Every single stop was basically a destination to make a purchase of souvenirs, alcohol etc. There was an extreme amount of local adults and kids throughout the ATV path asking for money/food/jewelry.
We are the first to be picked up, so unfortunately have to ride the full 1.5 hours while we pick up others, and of course that means we are last to be dropped off (stayed at the serenade).
Just an okay experience, as someone who ATV'd before, I wouldn't recommend this specific excursion. It wasn't a very scenic route, and we spent very little time riding the ATV and when we were riding, we were just simply riding to another place to spend more money.

From pickup to drop off awesome experience. My first time traveling solo and had a blast. Thankfully I found new resort friends that also booked the experience and along with them can say Carlos the guide took care of us and William our paparazzi did such a great job with our pics. The water hole was a heart racing experience since I don’t know how to swim but it was worth it to jump in the ice cold water and have my life flash before my eyes 🤣 will definitely come again with friends. Great experience, just be aware that the local kids will ask for a dollar, hold their hand out to give you a high five, wave at you or even help you. The staff was so awesome they paid attention to each and every person in their group and made sure they kept up with all of us.

Cave was literally a 10 min experience. Jump in and out.Coffee plantation tries to rip you off.35 body scrub,23 for hibiscus tea.There were no mud puddles it's been very dry. So more dust than usual.
