We can’t say enough about how amazing this excursion was. While the experience itself was everything we were looking for (getting off the resort and immersing in the culture), our greatest takeaway is that our guide, Robinson, made it that much more incredible. He is super magnifico - extremely knowledgeable, great attitude, and welcomed us like family. So much fun!!! We learned so much and got to do and see way more than we wished for! Truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had!

Robinson and driver were awesome. We saw a lot during this tour and my kids loved it too. We loved the local food and all the stops we made. Kids loved the horseback riding. We received a good glimpse into the Dominican culture for a few hours. Definitely recommend.

It was such a nice trip. Supper condensed with so much to see and feel. Guide, Robinson; driver, Sandy and his son and helper David were so nice, informative and made the trip fun. A trip you definitely need to do in DR.

It was a great tour and a great way to see a glimpse of Dominican life. However, the transportation is NOT air conditioned. The seats are quite small and tight. Sandy and his son David were great. Very attentive and friendly.

This Cultural tour was GREAT! We had an amazing guide who introduced us to so much culture. He was accommodating, and friendly! We spent just enough time in every place. The tour was well worth it!! When I come back I'm definitely doing this one again with my daughter, my only issue is it would have been nice if the tour guide spoke English so we could retain more of the information!!

It was great BUT it did say a 1/2 day tour and was picked up at 7:20 am and dropped back off at 4 pm. I didn’t mind but glad I didn’t have anything else on the schedule. The we’re very knowledgeable and make it really fun, he really made us feel like a family. We covered a lot of the area and saw so many things that you don’t see unless you can experience something like this. I loved how our tour guild got to know all of us a bit better and he cared about any needs we had. I had a great time leaving about Punta Cana.

Overall the intent of this tour is great. The places were great except the beach/horseback riding took place on a dilapidated beach. Poorly maintained. My rating came from three issues: 1. I received a notification that the pickup time has been moved back after I’d gone to bed. We eventually connected but there a window of panic as they had come and gone by the time we came down for our originally scheduled pickup time. He came back. 2. There was no narration to speak of. None of the tour guides spoke any English. So when we were in the vehicle or along the tour, we didn’t get a lot of history or narration. 3. The tour was supposed to be a half day getting back around noon. We got back at 4 pm. I intentionally selected this tour based on it being a half day.

A fun filled tour

My friends and I appreciated this excursion! There was sooo much included. It rained part of the day which sucked but obviously that was no one’s fault. Also, we were told this was a 4-5 hour thing and it ended up being much longer so we were a little exhausted when we returned to our resort. I thought I read snacks were included but they were not, we were able to purchase stuff at a little store before starting the tour. My only other issue was when we visited the church there was a service being held and we were told not to go in…but then people were still walking in and taking pics/videos. I thought that was disrespectful and a better job could have been done at keeping people outside. Overall, it was fun and worth the cost!!

Excellent, definitely better than the tour to Santo Domingo. The reality and charisma of the Dominican people is much better appreciated. In addition both the driver Tito and the Guide Robinson wonderful, attentive and friendly at all times.
