Incredible Adventure with So Much Fun!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, you're grouped by wristband color for the activities, and the fun begins immediately.
Buggy Rides: The buggy experience was an absolute blast! Prepare to get very muddy, but that’s part of the fun. I highly recommend bringing a ski mask and goggles, although you can buy them on-site if needed.
Horseback Riding: After the buggy rides, we enjoyed a peaceful horseback ride. The horses were calm, and the scenery was breathtaking. The instructors were extremely helpful and ensured everyone had a great time.
Safari: The safari was probably the most relaxed part of the day, but it was still enjoyable. We got to feed goats and sip on some coffee, hot chocolate, or even wine—perfect after the more adventurous activities.
Dominican Buffet: The lunch was a delicious Dominican buffet. While the food options were limited, everything they served was amazing. Just a heads-up—drinks are not included but are very affordable, ranging from $2 to $5.
Chair Lift & Zip Lining: The chairlift to the zip lines was beautiful, offering stunning views, including the ocean! There were five zip lines, and each one was more fun than the last—especially the final one. The experience ends with a thrilling “leap of faith,” where you’re harnessed and jump off the side of a wall. Such an exhilarating finish!
Photo Package: You’re not allowed to bring your phone on most of the excursions, so I highly recommend purchasing the photo package. It’s totally worth it! The photographer (I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic—so sweet and captured over 50 amazing photos for just $55!
Special Shoutouts: Our tour guide, Danel, was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and made the experience even better.
For Families: I did notice some younger kids on the trip, but the activities they can participate in are dependent on their size. Still, there’s plenty of fun to be had for all ages.
Overall, this was an unforgettable trip! Highly recommend it for adventure lovers.

Everyone was super nice and welcoming! The transportation part was smooth and easy, and everything was well organized from start to finish. This excursion was so fun there was no waiting around you were able to go from one activity after another as someone who traveled solo the pick was on time and they had a/c on the bus i was the only non Spanish speaking person and our tour guide made sure she repeated every for me in English so that i understood what was going on this was well worth the money you get a lot of chance for photos and the food wasn’t half bad if you like Dominican food over all 10/10 across the boards

The overall experience was superb. The Safari was beautiful and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the effort put into the tour. The only thing that could have enhanced it even more would be having someone available to provide a historical overview during the Safari. Aside from that, everything was really good.

Best tour in the area, lots of things to do if you are up to it. The zip lining experience is really trilling, just as the buggy ride. The horse riding was more interesting and exiting than what we imagine. Horses didn’t look tired and they were eager to go. Great experience, highly recommended.

The biggest reason I gave this a 5 star rating is the staff, number of activities in one place, and price. I went with a group of 15 family members and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and customer oriented. We loved the buggy, horseback riding, and zipline, which was the highlight. One opportunity is the safari should either have more native animals or just call it what it is...a petting zoo, which we did like. The only other feedback, is make it clear on whether lunch is included. When we booked it said everything, including lunch, was included. However, when we got there it was included on some of my family members reservations and others it wasn't, including mine. It just might be a system issue more than the park. The lunch tasted great and was priced at $10. So it wasn't big deal for those who paid. At the end of the day, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The women I find rude. Was so excited for DR but they don’t like Americans. Horses was my least favorite. I had a wild horse and kept asking for help but they were insistent on talking to the pretty ladies and kids versus trying to help with my horse. Have rode in Jamaica and it was much better. Then the rude ladies at check in and photos. Would not purchase just because of that. I wanted too bad but I just can’t justify giving rude people my money

,This place was a wonderful Experience for us, we travel once a year out the country as a family to Experience other Cultures. This was an awesome experience. Our tour guide went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. There was Just 2 problems, make sure to pay for the lunch if paying online. We paid $98 for the whole Experience but when we got there they said lunch wasn't paid for which was another $10? Also, the Buggie ride has to be 3 or 4 people, they wanted $50 for 2 people and that's not acknowledged anywhere prior to purchase.

Horrible both Viator and this tour company. Got an email saying my tour was canceled and then told I couldn’t get a refund even though Viator cancelled. The operator claim I refused to pay the upgrade fee, a lie as I said I would gladly do it before the tour was cancelled. Customer service put me on hold for about 3 hours to do nothing for me. Never booking from this app or this tour.

It’s a 7 hour day that could be condensed into 4. Every activity takes forever to start. The staff were pleasant which makes the excursion recommendable. The ATV experience could have been better. They stop continuously to act as if the experience is longer than it is. Buyer beware: if you purchase this experience wanting to be a single rider/driver they automatically pair two or three other people (strangers) to fill the space. I’ve had longer and better ATV experiences elsewhere.

The variety of activities included in the 7-in-1 excursion was incredible. We loved the ATVs, zip lining, horseback riding, scenic chairlift, cultural tour, and lunch. The park is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. There was truly something for everyone, and our entire group—from adults to children—had an amazing time. I really loved that there were also fun for the littles to do around the park as certain activities they weren’t allowed to participate in-like the playground, pony ride and even the play room.
My only suggestion for improvement would be the order of the activities. We completed the chairlift, zip lining, ATVs, tour, lunch, and then horseback riding. Since the ATV portion was very muddy (which was fun!), we had to rinse off afterward and ended up staying wet for the rest of the day. I think the experience would be even better if the muddy activities were scheduled toward the end of the excursion, or if there was an opportunity for guests to dry off or change before continuing.
Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the activities were well organized, and the entire experience was worth every penny.
I would absolutely recommend La Hacienda Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana, and I would definitely return on my next visit!

We booked this one after some research. We were initially hesitant because our hotel didn't appear on their list of pickups but they coordinated with us and pickup was seamless. Spend the day there and did a few activities. Will be smart to bring towels and a change of clothes cuz you will get wet and muddy. We brought waters but they have stations throughout. Place is busy but they have it down to the tee so you don't feel rushed or on top of each other. Our excursion didn't come with lunch which I recommend as an add on because for 10 dollars you get a great family style buffet lunch with food that tastes awesome. We liked the atv/cart riding, horse riding and of course zipline. Overall it is one of the best excursions in my opinion and worth booking it. Again people as throughout our stay was super nice and polite.

The experience was amazing! Very organized. The safari part could have been better characterized as a pit stop as there aren’t many animals to see.
Activities were great! Well supported on the horse ride and on the zip lines!!
Leave your phone in the locker!! Get the picture packet at the end! They do an amazing job capturing everything and it was quite cost effective… even for a large group!
Food was great too!! A few options for vegans too.
Transportation from our resort was timely.
Highly recommended for value and experience!

This was a great excursion that is a huge value for the money. The variety of activities you can do in the day is amazing. They provide transportation that picked us up at our resort and drove us the hacienda. Don't think about trying to take your own transportation here, you'll never find it. You should follow their instructions about bringing your phone on different activities. Spring for the additional money to get the professional shots that their photographer gets - which are much better anyway.

This was a full day adventure!! The zip lines were amazing along with the chair lift ride to get up there and slow bungee to get off! Loved the dirt or should I say mud buggy rides that we drove - new adventure for us. The food (lunch) was really good for all of us (adults and teens). Horse rides and safari were relaxing but we were getting hot and tired. Overall a great find and more than we expected for the price!

This excursion is a great deal for the money. So much to do in one place. We road buggies - you will get muddy , zip lined , rode horses and at a great meal. They have what the call a “safari”, but it is really more of a petting farm. We had a group of 20 - when picked up at hotel they split the group between buses and when we got to the park our groups started separately and didn’t spend day together. That was a little frustrated but we still all had a fantastic day. Very organized

BOOK IT!!! I booked this experience for my Wife’s and I honeymoon and it couldn’t have been a better experience especially for our first time in the DR. Our tour guide who picked us up and ran our group the rest of the day was amazing! She kept us on schedule making sure we got to all the activities and didn’t have to rush through them. If you are looking for the best Dune buggy ride in the DR… this is it! It was like any other course I’ve been on and it rained the night before and slightly throughout the day which made the course even more fun and muddy. As soon as we started my wife and I and the couple that was in the cart with us couldn’t help but laugh and talk about how worth it this excursion was just on that activity alone! Also the pictures that are taken throughout your day are so good! We didn’t buy them in the package beforehand but don’t worry because as your day ends you have the chance to see all your photos at the check in area. As a couple we had over 88 photos taken of us and they all were so good!!

I was unable to participate in the activity and received no services due to the inability to put on a safety hat. This was completly understandable. A refund was requested and I have yet obtained a fair resolution after the fact. It has been extremely frustrating. Despite being directed to request a refund, my request was denied. I ended up paying additional expenses out of pocket to make an hour trip back to my hotel and was left feeling unsupported throughout the process. Customer service and post-booking support were disappointing, and I cannot recommend booking through this provider based on my experience

This excursion was WELL WORTH THE PRICE! I had a blast with every single activity. The food was decent too. It’s a full day of activities so you will be exhausted afterwards. The staff were great with keeping their groups on track with each activity. Be prepared to get dirty. You can bring a change of clothes but honestly if your okay with getting dirty, they have showers and they don’t let you change until after all of the activities so at that point you might as well just wait until you get home. Overall I would recommend this activity to all friends and family because you get to do so much for $99. To me that’s a great deal!

Super fun experience!!! The location is stunning. Staff is excellent!!! Be ready to get muddy on the buggy ride!!!

Tour Guide was very helpful & professional.. Best part in my opinion was definitely the zip lining.. Trust me you can do it just go for it.. The Safari however was lack luster in my opinion.. However I would definitely book again..
