We spent the day at La Hacienda Park (7-in-1: zipline, chairlift, ATV, horseback riding, and more) and had such a fun experience!
The zipline was easily the highlight — fast, safe, and with beautiful views. The chairlift ride gave us a chance to relax and take in the scenery, which was gorgeous. The ATVs were exciting and well organized, and the horseback riding was calm and beginner-friendly, which made it great for everyone in our group.
The staff was helpful, patient, and made sure we felt safe the whole time. Everything was pretty well organized, and there were plenty of activities to keep us busy all day, so it definitely felt worth the price.
If you’re looking for a mix of adventure and chill outdoor fun, this place is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back again!

I didn’t experience it because I was left at my hotel when I said I was heading to the front gate. Then the lady hung up in my face , called back and said I’ll send the address. So I was told to get a taxi when I got a taxi I never received an address. So my driver was trying to figure it out. When I called to reschedule or get the address they hung up in my face twice.

Its a huge property and clean. The owner can definitely add more activities.
Expect to get muddy but they should end the mud buggy ride at the little spring so you can wash the mud off but they do have a shower as well. The lunch is included as 1 of the activities. It's simple and tasty. The zip, chairlift and drop is 3 activities in 1. It's definitely an all day affair. Some of the staff lack good customer service skills. Dare you to ask a question. Smh...but it's a decent experience. However it's nothing amazing if you've already done the listed activities. Bring a change of clothing and a towel. They charged $55 for all of your pictures.

This tour was so good. I have no complains. The organization for transportation was smooth we got picked up, the park was great our tour guide Orchid ensure we had a good time. I have no regrets. It was a fun day filled with lots of thrills and adventures.

For the price I will say this is a good experience. But only if your looking for something rushed and unorganized. The staff there was rude & expected you to be nice & respectful to them. You can just tell that they’re there for just a check. The trails with the horses are awful, truly poor horses I now see why they don’t allow phones because they do not want to expose the lack of care into the trails. It was very underwhelming, no nice views on the trail. zipping was fun but a few people got stuck & it seemed to be something that happens often at this park which is very crazy but you do technically sign your life away on the wavier. Bougie was fun very dirty but they let you have phones there but not horse back riding. they had a “safari” which was really farm animals , stray dogs who attack the farm animals. lastly buffet the food was very good & delicious but with all the flies all over all the food its hard to trust it truly. Our Tour guide Orchard was HORRIBLE she was not friendly at all didn’t give us any information & was on her phone the whole entire time & rather argue & be rude then helpful she definitely was just there for her pay nothing more. overall 6/10 but if you want something quick & cheap go here! if you care about experience, customer service i would pick somewhere else!

Regarding the horseback experience, we want to reassure you that our horses are well cared for. They work on rotation (one day on, one day off) and when not working they have large areas where they can move and graze freely. Their wellbeing is a priority for us.
As for mobile phones, they are not allowed in certain activities strictly for safety reasons. On the zipline, occasional stops can happen due to factors like wind, and our team is trained to assist guests safely.
We also regret your perception of the safari area and overall organization. Your feedback is important and helps us identify where we can improve.

I did the La Hacienda Park 7-in-1 tour as a solo traveler and had a great time! The zipline, ATV ride, horse riding, and chairlift were all fun and well organized. The views of the mountains were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. Even going alone, the experience was enjoyable and I felt comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend if you want a fun adventure day in Punta Cana.
Make sure to bring a change of clothes because things get really muddy and it’ll get EVERYWHERE despite washing off in the river. There will be plenty of time for restroom breaks and they have free lockers and you’ll wear the key as a bracelet to go back and forth to. You’ll have to put phone up for some of the activities and then you can have it out for others.

We didnt get a pick up at our airbnb so they gave us a gas station we would have to park at. The guide assured us that we would be able to park there as its a public parking area. We did up ending getting a booth on our car and had to pay 2.000 pesos. Also they us that we would switch up the drivers for the ATV 4 times which we didnt. So 2 out of 4 people werent able to drive.

The intention is to allow guests opportunities to switch drivers when possible, but this can sometimes depend on timing, group flow, and safety logistics. Mixed feelings.
The posting says approximately 6 hours (this does not include travel each way).
The zipline and horseback riding were great.
The ATV was a little lame, you have to stay in a perfect line and it doesn't go fast. Our tour guide kept saying how dirty we would get in hopes to sell us a bandana, you definitely won't need it.
Meal was fantastic - we brought water/pop from the resort so didn't need to buy.
The safari was our biggest issue - they say this is to cater to little kids, but its a couple chicken and some goats, it's really nothing to see and felt like a big waste of time, we would have preferred to just stay at the main base.
Overall it was decent, but wish we could just do the couple activities that were interesting to us, rather than having to do everything.

This was the best deal and the most fun I've had since I was a kid. Our Tour guide, Orchid, was awesome and she explained everything thoroughly. She hyped the entire bus and made everyone want to be involved. This tour included 7 activities, well worth the money. You cannot take your phones for the ziplining and horse back riding but everything else, it was ok. They had a professional photographer that captured our memories and we purchased the package of about 65 pictures for $55 which I thought was deal. It included lunch and you just purchase your beverages. We brought bottled water with us because we did not want to drink anything alcohol-related. The ride to get there was about an hour and 20mins but we were so engaged with the music it felt like a family trip. Everyone was extremely friendly. We forgot our bug spray but another tourist shared theirs with us. You MUST HAVE goggles for the buggy ride. We learned the hard way and splashed ourselves blind LOL. This was our 1st time out of the country (USA) and a very humbling and educational trip. I would do it again.

Had a blast. All activities were fun and exciting, thrilling and the Dominican Stew is absolutely delicious.. as for the zip line I have one gripe.. the 1st attendant was on her personal phone when hooking us up.. no instructions going forward which I feel is crucial to LIFE! … this was my 1st time and I suffered a broken toe.. no aid was rendered to me, the 2nd attendant was present when I smashed into the platform breaking my toe.. people’s lives and overall safety is at stake.. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED CONCERNING THE ATTENDANTS

I spent the day with my wife and teenage daughter, and we had a fantastic day.
We started with a chairlift to the top of a mountain, where we proceeded to enjoy a total of 5 zip lines, some as long as 1km in length. Afterwards, there is a "bungee" which is a very slow drop and nothing to be afraid of, trust me on this one. Then, we took a 4 seater buggy through an off-road course, where you can get a little muddy, or absolutely bonkers muddy like we did, stop for a quick dip in a stream, then go back to wash off. We enjoyed a serve yourself buffet, then a horseback ride and finally a short jungle safari ride to a small typical historical Dominican style house and petting farm.
It was well worth it and highly recommended.

This adventure is very well coordinated, and everything is high quality. An excellent, family-friendly adventure!
My favorite part was the zip-lining, which went over some amazing landscapes. My least favorite was the "Dominican Safari", which was lackluster. You get to see some cows, chickens, goats, and a donkey.
One thing to note - you will get COVERED in mud on the buggy ride. Bring glasses/goggles and expect stained clothes.

The activities look very fun on the website, but the experience didn’t quite match the expectations. Once you arrive, each activity only lasts about 10–15 minutes and everything feels very rushed. You’re not able to move at your own pace, which takes away from the enjoyment.
It’s advertised as “7 in 1,” but in reality there are only about 4 activities. Lunch is included, which is nice, but drinks are not — which doesn’t make much sense considering you’re moving around in the hot sun in a forested area.
Overall, the idea is good, but the execution falls short. I’d rate the park a 4/10.
