Everything about this was...
Everything about this was terrific. Pre-trip communication was excellent, timely and complete details each step of the way. Driver was exactly on time, and kept us informed. Tour guide was great. Also, got the lunchbox which was terrific and a great value.

Auschwitz was a real eye-opener and a deeply moving experience. We had Christian as our driver, and he was excellent throughout the trip. On the way, we watched an informative video that helped educate us and provided valuable context before arriving. Thank you, Christian, for making the experience so well organized and meaningful. Highly recommended.

Very efficient tour,...
Very efficient tour, visiting 2 places in the same day.
There were times we could buy some snacks. it was also not rushed. Unforgettable experience. Good guides and driver. We do walk a lot but we have time to rest, like between the mine and Auschwitz for example.

Highly recommended well organised tour
It’s incredibly busy but worth the effort. The tour moved quickly and efficiently through the Auschwitz 1 concentration camp and Auschwitz 2 death camp delivering a powerful visual historical perspective on the holocaust and a reminder that it cannot ever be allowed to happen again.

Great tour!
This was a very good experience, allowing you the opportunity to see a different part of Poland. We had an excellent tour guide, Daniel, who is very knowledgeable, passionate, and attentive to detail, making sure that we have the best experience possible. Mountains were gorgeous, and it was nice to end the day with the relaxing experience at the thermal pools. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a great experience...
We had a great experience from start to finish! Fabian was an excellent tour guide who shared interesting information and gave us some fantastic recommendations. Lukasz was a great driver, and everything ran smoothly and right on schedule. It was so nice having all the transportation and scheduling taken care of for us. Highly recommend this tour company!

This was a long day but...
This was a long day but well worth it. This tour is extremely moving and upsetting. Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to ensure the day ran smoothly. The tour visited the salt mines first and then to Auschwitz, which was a change to what was originally booked. Be a little flexible and it this trip as the Auschwitz museum dictates your times of entry. make sure you bring photographic ID as this is checked in entry.

More than a Salt Mine Tour
Jerry our driver was super organized before, during and after our tour - a great communicator. He shared a lot of interesting information and pointed out many sights in and around Krakow. On the way back from the mines he detoured to show and explain the Jewish Ghetto and Schindler's factory. He also shared eating and drinking recommendations with us. He certainly went the extra mile. Highly recommend him and the tour.

Highly Recommend!
Pick up time changed to earlier than planned, but this was a good thing as the day was hot and very busy later. Communication was good. Lunch option provided was reasonable.
On location guide was good, explained as we went through all the areas.
Highly recommend.

Fantastic tour!
This tour was absolutely excellent, way better than I had thought it would be. Our driver was on time and once at the salt mine the guide we had was fantastic, his name was Micheal he was eloquent and knowledgeable and most importantly had a fabulous sense of humor! All in all I’m really pleased I took this trip!

An excellent but thought-provoking tour
If you are short of time in Krakow, this is the tour to do to cover two of the most important sites near this beautiful city. But be warned: this is a long day (about 11 hours) and involves a huge amount of walking, including hundreds of steps into the salt mine. If you are a slow walker or have other mobility issues, you need to be aware of this and possibly visit each site separately and on different days to give yourself a bit of a break.
Visiting Auschwitz is harrowing, but very important to acknowledge and reflect on one of the darkest times of our modern history. The guided tour is in great detail and fully explains the workings of the death camp. Most of Auschwitz 1 is intact so you really appreciate how it operated. It is poignant and sad, and few people on my tour spoke at all during the three hours of touring. Auschwitz 2 - Birkenau is mostly not intact, but the remains still enable you to understand the enormity of the Nazi death machine. So professionally and respectfully conducted by their guides.
The salt mines which are more than an hour's drive from Auschwitz, are quite staggering in their size and beauty. Again, a professionally and well conducted through the mines, but hundreds of steps and lots and lots of walking along paths which are smooth and not rough.
The lunch option is a good one to take and the hotel pick-up and return invaluable due to the early start and the late finish.
An excellent tour that brings with it the full range of emotions, but one I would highly recommend.

Thanks Max!
Fantastic experience. Max picked us up from our hotel, was super courteous and respectful the whole time. He answered any question that came up, and made sure it was a great experience for everyone. The tour guide throughout the experience was great as well.
