We took the ferry from Monterosso to Riomaggiore for our class. It was a beautiful ride, but our time with Lucca was even more magical. Lucca is a delightful host. We learned history of the food and he was very funny and kind in his instruction. Our meal was perfectly delicious! It was our best night in Italy/CT so far. Would highly recommend this amazing class with Lucca!

FANTASTIC! Cooking with Luca was one of our favorite experiences on our trip. Luca is awesome! He is a great teacher (we learned a lot) and his class was so fun. This is a wonderful, authentic Italian cooking experience in a small group setting. Guilia was knowledgeable, patient, and truly made the time there enjoyable. Plus, getting to feast on a delicious meal (that you have just made from scratch) with your own hands is very rewarding! Also, come hungry! There was so much food - the wine, bruschetta, pesto, pastas, and the tiramisu were all delicious!

We had an absolutely marvelous cooking class. It was the last night of our family vacation and such a perfect end. My entire family came home eager to make pasta and replicate the recipes. This was the best experience my husband and I have done so far. Barbara and Stefano’s house and property was beyond beautiful and the experience they provide is top notch. I had an amazing time...

I had an amazing time learning how to cook trofie pasta, pesto and tiramisu with Luca! He was a great teacher, bubbly personality and very knowledgeable about the region. He has a very warm and welcoming home up in the hills of Riomaggiore. It was my first night on my solo trip to Cinque Terre and it was a great way to quick off the weekend. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience, who is staying in the region!
