We had such a wonderful time on Costa di Faraggiana's boat tour. Our guide, Pietro, was friendly, knowledgable, and took great care of my family. We saw all 5 beautiful terres from the sea and even stopped to take a swim. Lunch and drinks were provided. Excellent day out, would highly recommend!

Peter and Alejandro were gracious hosts on the boat. Explaining the areas we saw from the boat. The ride was perfect for viewing the coastal towns and the boat was comfortable.

Cinque Terre is beautiful and our boat ride showing off the five villages was splendid. Our hosts were very nice, our lite lunch was delicious and the proseco bubbly. The boat was very comfortable. We were able to stop for some swimming. I could have stayed in the sea for hours. The water was very refreshing. I loved it! This excursion was the highlite of our trip to Italy thus far. I wish we could have stayed longer in the CinqueTerra region to do some hiking along the coast. Next year? And if we come back, I would definitely do this again with the same people. They were so accommodating. I highly recommend this boat tour.

Relaxing, beautiful scenery and everyone is looked after! From drinks to towels you need for nothing. The tour guides were knowledgeable and gave time for pictures to be taken all the way.
Food was delicious though simple!
Snorkelling was delightful, they picked a great spot!
Really loved the wildlife too!

We had a fabulous experience on our boat tour. The young men were awesome hosts! Their sincerity proved that they loved their country and they were very proud to share their knowledge as we toured the incredible coastline of The Cinque Terre villages. Beautiful boat and knowledgeable crew. Felt safe and enjoyed perfect weather whilst sipping prosecco and snacking on local bites. Loved that we got a chance to get off and flip the view at Vernazza. Even anchored so we could put our feet in or take a cool dip! Highly recommend!

This was one of my favorite activities we did on our entire Italy trip! They were very accommodating and extremely helpful when advising us on the best options to get to meeting spot. We were traveling from Florence to Cinque Terra and they offered to pick us up at the train station. The food and drinks were amazing!! Pietro and Alessandro were fantastic drivers and knowledgeable of the area! I would 100% do this tour again!

Fantastic sunset boat tour. Super friendly staff that speak english very well and show you the prettiest places of cinque terre. We went with a group of friends and all enjoyed it. We will do the same tour again.

We had a terrific time with the crew on this boat tour of Cinque Terre! They were so full of great information as we slowly cruised along the beaches of each village …. We stopped for a swim in the gorgeous waters , had a light lunch too. A perfect day!! Highly recommend this wonderful tour!!!

Fabulous intimate (6 people) boat cruise of the cinque Terre with good commentary. Free flowing beer and wine and yummy lunch. 2 stops for swimming and snorkeling in perfect green and blue clear waters. Highly recommend.

What an amazing way to see Cinque Terre, especially on a hot day! The tour was on time at the pier and onboarding was easy. The boat is extremely comfortable (not bumpy) and was open air with overhead cover to stay out of direct sun. It was 38°C on our trip and very comfortable on board. We chose to ride on the front bed for the last part of the trip to sun bath.. We are 2 adults in our 40’s and one young adult in her 20’s, but I feel anyone capable of taking a bus would also be very comfortable on this tour. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and were exceptional hosts who provided a tasty local light but filling lunch and beverages. The groups are very small (9 or less) so they cater to everyone’s needs. We were able to swim in the spectacular, refreshing blue water in calm areas, and out further even got lucky and had several dolphins swim by the boat in the deeper waters. Masks were provided (bring your own snorkel and flippers if you choose). Thank you Captain’s for the highlight experience of our family trip to Italy and a fantastic memory!

Amazing experience. Boat operators were friendly and kept the prosecco flowing while we cruised around CInque Terre. The spot we pulled over at to swim had tons of fish and was the perfect place for a little break.

What a wonderful day exploring Cinque Terre by sea. The communication prior to our departure was great! They responded immediately to emails and gave us directions for parking. The crew was delightful and knowledgeable. It was a beautiful day and felt magical as we sailed back listening to an eclectic arrangement of music!

The drivers Alessandro and Pietro were really great and funny. They had perfect music and shared many stories with us and brought the group together. The food, rice and egg Parmesan cakes, spinach torte, potato torte and the regional pesto focaccia was delicious. This was great pesto!! Wine and Prosecco as promised. The sunset tour was fantastic we saw two schools of giant yellowfin tuna feeding and we got to the swimming/‘snorkeling’ spot (just goggles but it was enough) in time to see tons and tons of beautiful fish and to enjoy the swimming. For sure bring a jacket or blanket for the way back. Sunset and moon rise were beautiful.

BEWARE!!!! SKIP THIS TOUR PLEASE many others in the areas to pick from with better customer service. POOR COMMUNICATION OMG!!!! Tour Time states 6 pm on the tickets and description, but they decide when the tour starts. Meeting Location is unclear, tour guides do not contact you or return phone calls except to tell you sorry we left you because you didn't get the message that meeting time was changed, and oh sorry no refunds! Did not even try to accommodate us on another tour on another time or day. Save yourself time and energy book and tour!

we thank you for your feedback, but we wonder if you reviewed the right tour company, as we do not have any records of a booking under your name and what you state is wildly inaccurate.
We provide multiple means of communication - mail, different phone numbers, whatsapp messaging - where we are always available for our customers and promptly reply.
We do not "decide when the tour starts" (?!?), we move the starting time gradually back so our customers can enjoy the actual sunset, and the time of departure is clearly stated at the time of your booking. Another clearly stated information is the departure point: we even send a google maps link, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if you do not read the information provided.
As stated in previous replies, we expect all participants to ensure they make it on time at the meeting point, and we cannot be held responsible for delays - this is to ensure the participants that made in on time have a perfect experience. Please note that is our main concern: our customers' satisfaction, safety and enjoyment of every minute they spend with us!
SInce you did not make it to our boat tour, you sadly did not have a chance to experience it, therefore your calling this "worst experience" is really not a reflection of the service we provide but of your lack of organization getting to us.

We had the best boat trip with our family thanks to the incredible crew! We all left saying that it was the best last minute decision we made. Incredibly fresh focaccias and other light bites, great beer options and we had delicious Prosecco. Our favorite part: swimming in the Mediterranean Sea! That was an unmatched experience that we’ll never forget!

Very nice cruise along all 5 villages. Boat was clean, spacious compared to others available in the area. There is a canopy for shelter from the heat which was nice. Crew was very friendly.
