Great experience for 2 24y/o women!!!
The drive to the site is a bit far, but it was so worth it! Our driver and guide were both phenomenal. We felt very safe with them and they built a fun camaraderie with us. They were also very patient with us as we learned to sand board and gave us great tips with each new run.
The bakery we stopped at was also incredible! We felt immersed in the culture and enjoyed being able to have a snack during the long trip.

Once in a lifetime!
Amazing trip and everything I hoped for!
Transportation: Peru Hop arranges hotel pickup and the coach bus ride is about 4 hours each way. The bus was comfortable with good WiFi and USB ports.
Communication: Pickup time is shared about 24 hours before departure. I would’ve appreciated a bit more prep detail beforehand (you can leave a backpack on the bus, bring a bandana for sandboarding, pack lots of water, etc.). They also create a WhatsApp group for the day, so download the app before leaving your home country.
Food: The Paracas snack stop is only about 10 minutes, so bring granola bars or snacks for the bus. Lunch at the Pisco vineyard was delicious with beautiful views and about five pre-order options. You can also pre-order dinner later to bring on the ride home. I would’ve loved more time at the Pisco stop.
Experience: Every stop was worth it. The Paracas boat tour lasted about 2–2.5 hours and included the Chandelier geoglyph, sea lions, crabs, and lobsters. No penguins during our May trip. Bring a jacket because the breeze gets chilly, and maybe a bandana because the islands can smell strong at times. The boat driver made sure both sides got great views.
The Pisco tasting was quick and included four pre-selected tastings. Huacachina was absolutely the highlight — breathtaking views and an incredible dune buggy ride. We had a few buggy issues but it was still unforgettable. We did about four sandboarding runs, though you ride lying down rather than standing.
Photos: Plenty of time for photos, especially in Huacachina.
Pacing: It’s a large group so there’s some “hurry up and wait,” but overall it was well organized.
Timing: It’s definitely a long day (about 5:30 AM–11:30 PM), but you get to experience so much and can sleep on the bus. Just don’t over-plan the next day.
Guide: Diego was great! Very kind and enthusiastic

Lima historic centre walking tour
Aaron was a fantastic, fun and highly knowledgeable tour guide. I learned a lot about the history of Lima and he took us to the best sites in the historic centre, and we even got to try some traditional churros! I would highly recommend this tour. Thank you

Book this tour! It was...
Book this tour! It was such a great experience. They take you out on the boat (which is nice) and swimming with the sea lions is a moment I’ll never forget! The guide is in the water with you as well to help you get close to the sea lions and make it a fun experience for you. I do recommend taking meds if you get sea sick easily, because the water is a bit choppy on the ride there. I also recommend to bring a towel bc they don’t provide one for you. Also you don’t have to get into the water if you don’t want, not everyone did.

This was an excellent...
This was an excellent adventure that included a history of cacao, the bean-to-bar process, a chocolate tasting session which included different bars from 100% to 70%, and pouring our own chocolate into molds, making our own customized treats. Angelina was the Master of Ceremonies and was AWESOME!!!

A great tour guide made our day in Lima!
What a fantastic day trip! Our tour guide Saul was wonderful. His English was perfect and he was very attentive and professional. We had a great time in Lima. The only suggestion is this day trip should include visiting the Cathedral. All in all Saul made us a very enjoyable day in Lima.

Tons of Fun
I had a hard time getting my skis to move through the sand, but my 19 yr old son had no problem and absolutely loved it. Zooming around the dunes in the buggy is super fun. Very professional outfit. Our guide was very nice and gave instruction to the first time sand boarders. Took multiple individual videos of everyone coming down. Ended the day with shots of Pisco on top of a dune watching the sunset.

First time in Peru
You only need to pack an overnight bag for the night stay in Machu Picchu. Leave the rest of luggage in hotel. Unfortunately we were not advised of this. So we lugged all our luggage to MP which was cumbersome and not necessary. We were asked to pay S/18 for each bag. And this was a stressful. Otherwise, all the guides were fantastic.

Great tour
This tour takes you to two amazing Inca sites! It also takes you to two areas to learn of the culture and way of life of the people who live here. It is a well rounded and well organized tour with an incredible buffet lunch in a beautiful location! Our guide, Carla, kept us well informed and on schedule. I would book this tour again.

Beautiful sights with the perfect guide.
We had the sweetest and most wonderful guide. As we toured Spanish cathedrals and Incan ruins, she described each breathtaking sight with enthusiasm, humor, and panache. She gasped “A guardian!” at the sight of an Andean thrush near a sacred cave. You can’t fake that level of excitement, and you can’t help but feel it yourself when you see it on display. I’m so grateful for this experience, and you will be, too!

Communication leading up...
Communication leading up to our arrival in Lima was excellent and we were met at the arrival area and lead to the vehicle which comfortably accommodated all 8 of us in our group and brought us to our hotel safely. Carlos, the driver even pointed out some interesting spots along the way.
