THE BEST car service experience I’ve ever had

Samantha was early for pickup and waited patiently for us, had an array of booster seats and car seats available for my kids, was extremely professional AND she parked at CDG and WALKED US IN TO THE PROPER CHECK IN while still helping with our bags AND brought me to the tax refund area and helped me process my VAT refunds. She was SO kind and helpful. I did not expect such a full service at all, and was so grateful.

Clear and concise communication. A few days leading into my travels I got a WhatsApp message confirming the pickup. My flight had a 1 hour delay from my airport of origin so I texted the message to let them know my flight would be at least 1 hour later than expected. The messages were acknowledged and our driver Lucien messaged me while we were still going thru passport control. Car is clean and spacious but the early communication is the best part. When traveling with family you don’t want any transportation hiccups and there were none. Second time I’ve used this company. 5 Stars.

Outstanding Service - Pdrfect Transfer

The transfer was perfection. Ahmed was waiting at the exit of customs. He was friendly and professional - he even sent a text via whatsapp to ldt me know he was waiting and to make sure I had his number. He was a careful driver and the vehicle was in excellent condition. It was so nice having such a good experience after getting off an overnight flight. Outstanding value for the price paid!
