Highly recommend this car service for Paris Airbnb pick up to CDG airport. Great communication and fair price. Driver was professional, timely, courteous and friendly. This service confirmed pickup time and location 24 hours before pickup and was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for peace of mind during departure day from Paris!

The driver was early, assisted with a bags and was extremely professional. The booking process was easy and they even caught my flight information error, requested the correction 24 hours before service and then adjusted our pickup time. So thankful they took such great care of us and impressed by the attention to detail.

Very efficient and comfortable vehicle. But parked far from the place we needed to be at the airport. He got carts and led us to the checking, but it was a lot of extra walking. Not sure if they have to park there or he missed a turn.

Was not inform or reminded of the extra 25 euros cash if ever the day before the pick up nor did the shuttle driver had not mention about it either. The driver just told us upon drop off at the airport Me and my friend got stunned for the driver told us the last minute. We are at the airport already and had spent all our Euros cash before leaving for USA What’s worst…I called overseas to give payment thru my credit card I provided and I found out The card transaction was used for American airline transaction 2x and overcharged as well So in short,,, there’s fraud done by the prestige shuttle This Prestige shuttle company will ruin Viators image

Unfortunately I was left with my daughter at 6:45am to find our own way to CDG airport. After waiting for our private transfer to arrive, I had to message to find out there was no one coming to collect us. Very poor communication and no help to get us to our flight. I had confirmed our pick up and paid upfront. My daughter has Autism and was very distraught as we had to get an Uber, which cost me more money and time. Would not recommend this service. It was a shame to finish our holiday this way.

30 minutes late pick up without any communication

The pick up was 30 minutes late and we tried to call the company's number but the number was not in service. At the time , we thought we were scam. We were about to call for an Uber, but the driver called and said he is on his way and we were waiting for another 10 for his arrival. The car was old. We finally arrive at the airport just in time for boarding. Will not use the service again.

Once I reeived the confirmation and I informed them of the pickup time the responded that I had to pay 25 Euros more at time of pickup. The driver got to the hotel on time, once at the airport he dropped us off at the wrong terminal even after asking several times if this was the right one, we then had to walk quite a bit to get to the right place.
