We had a lovely ride with Samantha both from our hotel in Paris to Disney, and later from Disney to CDG. Communication was good and the vehicle was very nice. She was also great with my 4 year old daughter, even kept a hair clip she lost in the van and gave it to us on our return trip. Would 100% recommend using this service!

Hatem for your driver experience!

Our driver Hatem, truly set the tone for our first trip in Paris. When picking us up from the airport, not only was he on time, but he also came with a very enthusiastic attitude and a smile. When driving through the city he made it point to point out French architecture and the history behind it, vibing us a fun tour of some of the sites going into the city. He made the car ride so much fun and he was very attentive to our needs. He also made it a point to help us check in to our hotel, as we only know English and he brought in all our bags which really ease the check in process. Hatem truly set the standard and we are hoping to rebook with him when we leave for the airport.

Wonderful service! Mohammed was very personable and courteous. Very nice Mercedes van made for a smooth trip. Mohamed brought us to an alternate drop off at CDG due to airport congestion, brought our bags inside and got us on the lift to where we needed to be. Will definitely recommend this service and use again !

Reliable and professional

They were timely in picking us up at the airport and dropping us off and did an excellent job. The only one Miner detail was the fact that that they were trying to ask if we could fit with three people in a regular sedan. I let them know what our luggage was and told them that they need to do what they needed to do to pick us up since we had booked it for three people with luggage. They ended up bringing a minivan.

The agency employee called me to verify the location so the driver can pick me up! Service from Airport to hotel and Hotel to Airport were excellent ! On time! Pick up from hotel was Firman! He was pleasant, professional , nice and kind! He met us in the lobby and introduced himself! He spoke perfect English and carries a great conversation during our trip! He is a safe driver! Excellent Communication and Easy Transfer to Hotel

We arrived into Gare du Nord at 9pm via the Eurostar. I was traveling with my parents (in their 70's), husband, and 8yr old son, so I really didn't want to try to navigate traffic, organize taxis, etc in a city I had never been to during the evening hours. Thought having this prearranged driver would be the easiest and it 100% was. Our driver was waiting for us at the end of the platform when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. He was very kind and safely got us to our hotel. He even helped carry our bags into the lobby. Communication from Comfort Cars prior to pick up was excellent as well and accommodated all questions. 100% recommend this company!

It was so nice to use...

It was so nice to use this transfer service from our hotel to the train station! The driver was prompt - actually early, which was good, as we got behind a garbage pick-up truck on the narrow one-way street that our hotel was located on. But we got to the train station in good time - even early enough to jump on an earlier train to London. I would definitely recommend this service.
