What To Expect

In the morning, make your own way to your designated meeting point in Paris; get there 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Present your booking voucher to the host and board the air-conditioned shuttle bus. Then, start your magical journey to Disneyland® Paris.

Upon arrival, skip the long ticket lines and enter directly through the turnstiles, with no need to exchange any vouchers.

After enjoying a day of fun and magic at Disneyland® Park and/or Walt Disney Studios® Park—depending on whether you selected admission to one park or two—board the shuttle bus in the evening and relax with a comfortable journey back to your selected Paris drop-off point.

Plan for a big day. Disneyland is huge, with so many attractions!! We had plenty of time to see what we wanted. Shout out to the coach drivers, especially the trip home. Paris on a Saturday night was log jammed for a number of reasons. Our driver managed to get us within 50m of our hotel. Nice job under duress for sure! We didn't get his name, but 9.00pm on 13th of September 2025 from Disneyland to Gare Du Nord. Driver gets 10/10 for figuring it out. Highly recommend and would book again!

We loved the convenience that this service offered. We were picked up and dropped off near our hotel and the price was great! Also, we were very happy the Christmas decorations were up. The only sad part is that we were not able to see the fireworks at the end due to the schedule of the bus.

There was a mistake with the reservation. They sent us to a meeting place, and the bus was not able to accommodate all of us. When we returned, they did not explain to us where we should meet to go back. We were very exhausted, and we left. After that, we took a taxi.

The bus did not pass by our pick up point. Good thing my husband was able to contact local tour operator. they took care of it ASAP. they sent us to Disneyland via Uber without a cost. other than that it was smooth and the local operator rep (Aris) gave us his What’s Up info for better communication. Going home we could not understand the driver so we got dropped off in different location farther from our hotel. Good thing another tourists was with us and we were able to make friends with them. had dinner before going back to the hotel.

Shockingly surprised

We waited an hour for the return tour bus to arrive. It didn’t. We were stuck at Disney with no one to contact. The office phone number that was posted on this site was closed at 4 PM. At 10pm, we were forced to take an Uber back into Paris at great cost. Very disappointed. We’ll never book again without some sort of confirmation that this wholly unacceptable behavior is a thing of the past.

A convenient way to get to Disneyland and back homr however, it will cut your Disney trip shorter. You’ll get there after the park opens and leave before it closes missing the laser night show.

Poor Service, Late Bus

We had a fabulous time once we got to Disneyland, the problem was the bus! Over an hour late and making a second stop which made us late even more. We eventually made it to Disneyland at 10.45am. There was no customer service, no apology and to be honest I really dont think they even cared. I would recommend either catching the train or getting an Uber. Don't waste your precious and money time on this bus service because it is crap!

Amazing day trip to Disney

Amazing day trip to Disneyland. Great to have transport to and from city centre to the park. Unfortunately the bus was an hour late, understandably there was a lot of traffic in the city centre but would have thought as they do this journey regularly they would have scheduled this in. Regardless of the delay in the morning we still have plenty of time at the parks and had a great day.

Horrific

The bus left before scheduled meeting time. We had to flag the bus down as it was driving through the city, we showed the Guide what time we were scheduled to be at meeting point. upon arriving at disney we had to wait over an hour to receive tickets to enter the park along with others ( photos evidence) Tour started at 8:30 we were not able to get into the park until after 11am. ending our Disney trip with having to Uber back to the city.

This was awful just take the train or taxi. The bus told 5 minutes before pick to move to another station 25 minutes away. Then provide us the wrong pick up time back . Out 200 in last minute transportation. Did get back to our hotel after midnight

Pick this Disney bus tour & 2park 1day tickets

Magic ways was already there as we got there at 0815 for 0830 pick up at Eiffel Tower. There should have been signs for meeting place & people meeting us should have been there early or when we get there. Great trip to Disneyland as we got the 2park 1 day hopper and we were able to ride at least 8 rides & saw the lion king show ! I was not too long waits for Wednesday. Don’t recommend to get premium access as we got into the singles rider line as well. Magic ways bus was waiting for us when we were ready to leave. Only comment is that the bus should not have blaring loud & static music during either of the trips there & back.

Despite other reviews saying bus was hard to find coming home, we had no issues as there is a person in a bright red vest to direct you. Bus was comfortable, but obviously crowded. Beats driving or taking an Uber

Could be better…

Simple and easy for bus ride there and back. And for them buying your ticket for you. In ass it’s just convenient as to getting a taxi there and back is all. But plan for a long day there if you do this. Otherwise wouldn’t recommend it. tour guide gave no good direction of meeting spot. Tour guide never gave us our ticker for some so had to contact support, which they were probably the best ever. Got my tickets from them after explaining to them that the tour guide never gave us our tickets to enter the park. The ride back was awful too, had to switch bus for some reason then didn’t turn on the AC for the folks. Everyone was dying as it was hot and humid. Wasn’t til someone said something after a 30 minute ride already and the bus driver finally turned on the AC. The whole bus was relieved due to this. Overall wouldn’t do this again. Spend the extra 50-80 bucks on a Uber or taxi. Self transport is the way to go I say. So you can go there whenever and leave whenever. Disney is only about 45-55 hr depending on traffic from Paris .

Just do it yourself, it’s somehow less headache

The attendant ladies were very professional and kind. However the following is for the agency. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my pick up time, yet after waiting 15+ mins, managed to a magic ways coach bus passed by my stop at full capacity. Along with other customers, we waited an hour for our ride to get us. Instead of the aforementioned disney coach bus, my ride became an unmarked white van. This is NOT the Disney experience as advertised.

Disneyland was great, busses not so much.

Seeing Disneyland Paris for the first time was amazing. However our bus was scheduled to leave our meeting location at 8:30 AM with a check-in beginning at 8:15 AM. Our bus was apparently very full however there were some people who had booked but had not shown up yet. We waited 45 minutes for them to show up which caused us to miss out on time at Disneyland. It also allowed time for Paris traffic to increase immensely so our drive time to Disneyland took an additional 30-40 minutes than it should have. All of that is time I'm not getting to experience in the parks. Additionally, the bus back to Paris left at 8:45 PM. The parks didn't close until 11:00 PM so we did not get a chance to see any of the evening activities. We could have intentionally missed the bus however a ride back to Paris would be at our own additional expense. All in all, I wish I would have investigated the trains and just gone that way.

Amazing 10/10 plus some helpful tips

The ride was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. Some advice I could give is to just stand in front of the store they said the pick up would be near and they will come pick you up right in front of it, make sure you check in with the employee walking around because they will give you a printed ticket once you show them your electronic ticket on your phone/email, also the bus is EXACTLY as pictured so just look for that bus and you’ll be good, lastly make sure you knew your printed ticket safe because that is what you’ll need to verify you for pick up when you leave Disneyland. Stress-free Disneyland Paris trip

This excursion was well organized. We got to Disneyland Paris without any complications. We stayed in the Opera district while in Paris. The meeting point for this excursion was a 6 minutes walk from our hotel. This was very nice especially for a family with teenagers who have a difficult time waking up early. Our Disneyland tickets were given to us on the bus as we arrived at the meet up point along with a return bus ticket. I downloaded the Disneyland app prior to arriving to Paris on my phone. I scanned our tickets and connect them to the Disneyland app while on the bus as not to worry about losing the paper tickets. We were dropped off very close to the main entrance and told to meet back at the same spot at a specific time. The tour guide spoke English, Spanish, and French. I would recommend this excursion to anyone wanting an stress-free trip to Disneyland Paris.

Disneyland Paris ran a distant 3rd

Because our adult daughter is a huge Disney fan, we decided to do this trip as a surprise to her while we were in Paris. Because we live in the US, this park ran a distant 3rd to Disneyland in CA and Disneyworld in FL. Very small, very compact! And, the Disneyland Express bus that we booked through Viator was adequate, we almost missed the bus going back to Paris, to due to VERY POOR signage and how to back track to the bus. Something needs to be done about that.
