We had an amazing ride with Alex from the airport into central Paris. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver or better conversation. Alex not only drove us but spoke amazing English and helped with all of our luggage. He even helped us learn a little bit of French!

What To Expect

Skip the stress of booking a taxi or finding a shuttle service when your Paris trip comes to an end. Just enter your flight and accommodation details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to your driver.

Pickup is available from hotels with zip codes ranging from 75001 to 75020. Travel in a comfortable hybrid car or minivan, depending on your group’s size. Transfer services are available from 4am until 11pm, 7 days a week. (Please note: On December 24 and 31, transfers are available until 6pm.)

Price is per person, based on eight (8) passengers per vehicle.

Late cancellation by provider left us without an airport transfer

We advised 4 hours prior to scheduled pick up that our flight was delayed. The vendor advised not to worry they were monitoring our flight. When we arrived in Paris (2 hour delay) there was no one to meet us at pick up . I rang the provider and was then told that it had been cancelled.

hello & thanks for your feedback you fail to mention that you arrived much later than scheduled into Paris and that you were told that as a result your original driver had departed . We told you that you would be put on the next available service but you decided to leave and as a result our driver never found you . We are happy to hear that the rest of your holiday and the return service back to the airport was excellent .

I was upset with pick up. Driver didn’t show up at pick up time so I called tour operator. I was told that I didn’t have reservation for that day and was for next day which was wrong. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes before got picked up. Can’t imagine such a mistake even with confirmed paid reservation.
