It truly depends on the driver. This driver almost made us miss our train. We were a family of 6 with 2 kids and an elderly family member and multiple large, heavy bags. Instead of dropping us off at the station entrance, he dropped us at the metro with escalators, no elevators, and we almost missed our train. Had I not spoken to our family that had arrived in a separate car, we would have never made the train.

My driver contacted me prior to arrival with a photo of himself and where exactly he would be waiting. No fuss, no worries. The only issue was that there was no available parking at the station proper and we had to walk a short distance to where the car was parked.
