What To Expect
Whether you’re in Paris for sightseeing, business, or otherwise, make the most of your time and avoid the hassle of public transportation by booking a private car and driver to take you and your group of up to three or eight people around.
Choose from a Mercedes C or E Class, Citroen C5, and Peugeot 508. Your chauffeur will pick you up at your Paris hotel or accommodations and assist you with luggage, if you have any. You’ll also be provided with bottled water and a journal.
For the duration of your booking (4, 8, or 12 hours), you can direct your chauffeur to go anywhere in Paris and Ile-de-France (zones 1 through 5), and spend as much time as you want at each location. You will then be dropped off back at your hotel or accommodations at the end of your booking.

Paul greeted us at the train station. Very friendly Driver, expert navigator. Had the best view of Eiffel Tower based on his advice. Knowledgeable and accommodating. Even went out of his way to detour to drop us off at the accommodation at the end of the day.

Bioked a private driver for today, i saw it was available on Viator, then when i book and give them my pickup and location they said it was too late!???? i ask for a reschedule or for the driver to come another day but they just read my messages with no answer, WOULDNT RECOMMAND.

I would say the service was ADEQUATE. Despite being asked by Viator for our itinerary, our driver knew nothing about it. Additionally he couldn’t speak English very well and that made it hard to communicate. We wanted to know if there was a more efficient way to carry out our itinerary but he couldn’t speak English and could not understand what we wanted. Notwithstanding, he was friendly and tried to be helpful.
I just feel that what Viator promised and what they actually delivered were not the same.
I feel that suggestions could have been made eg, start your trip after peak hour traffic (we spent a LOT of time in traffic).
But on the whole, the service was adequate.

Driver met us on time and Viator had great communication. I wish the driver would have been a bit more interactive but I suppose he's not really a guide. It was so nice to do a layover tour, seeing many of the sights and have the comfort of knowing our bags were safe and a knowelagble driver.

Me and my parents only had 1 day in Paris, and Vardan our driver was amazing and so helpful. It was perfect, and he took us to all of the sites! My only suggestion would be to have a glass top roof so we could see more, but can’t complain. I also would like to tip Vardan since I forgot to tip him in cash if there’s any way to do that! Thank you!

Vartan was wonderful. He drove us from one side of the river, and back, many times, trying to get around the barriers set up for the Olympics, so we could see the sights on our list. He was, most all, a thoroughly decent and kind man, and was considerate of our needs.

Our driver was very professional and was a great source of information for us. He picked us up at the train station in the morning, drove us around to various Christmas markets, and then to our hotel at the airport at the end of the day.

Booked English speaking driver but was provided driver who only spoke French. After calling to discuss issue, was advised to use translator app for our 6+ hour service, which is unacceptable and not safe while in transit. They offered refund of 50 euros, which didn’t scratch surface of amount paid. Had to dispute with Viator to recover funds, which was successful.

Our driver exceeded what we thought we would experience on our fairly short layover (5-6 hours) in Paris!! We did not account for traffic travel time into Paris and accepted that we may only get to see the Eiffel Tower. Our driver knew we also had the Louvre and Norte Dame on our list. He arranged that we got to see everything from the car, pointed out other sites, and still got us back to the airport in time! The car was top notch as well. So very worth it!
