Mr. Hassan was waiting for us upon arrival. He texted us before our flights to let us know where we would meet him. The vehicle was clean, we felt safe as he maneuvered around Paris traffic. After a long flight from New Orleans, LA, the transport to our hotel was easy.

Absolutely terrible. The driver was supposed to be down in the arrival hall, with a placard with my name waiting for us and he was not. Had to keep contacting him on where he was.

My clients flights were delayed I advised their new arrival time into Paris, and got an immediate response that they had the message. My clients lost one bag and took extra time getting to the arrival area after filing a claim for the lost bag and the driver waited!! Thank you these clients were exhausted and were so happy the driver was still there, you have no idea with everything going wrong the driver was a light at the end of this crazy journey! Exceptional service! The driver was on time and kept in contact with me as we progressed through customs and baggage claims. The driver was very friendly and professional. We actually came with more bags than originally planned. I notified the service about the additional baggage. They informed me that they would leave it up to the driver to make the call. We had 6 large bags plus a rolling carry-on case and 3 backpacks. The van is only rated for 5 bags. The driver was most accommodating by using the front passenger seat to hold the additional cases. We always use Viator to schedule our airport/hotel/cruise transfers all over the world and we have never been disappointed. Keep up the excellent work.

Oumar was our driver. Well dressed, polite. The car was fancy!!! Very nice! He arrived early, assisted us with our bags and even helped us with our key lock box at VRBO.
