Tour was extremely helpful in understanding the art

Our tour of the Louve was extremely enlightening. We booked the small group premium guided tour through Viator. Our tour guide Monu was prompt and exhibited great knowledge of the museum and the art that it contained. He was a master at working through the crowds and made certain that we saw the highlights of the museum. He was also happy to answer questions and was very helpful and patient with us older clients. I know for certain that I would not have received near the knowledge had we taken a large group tour or went on our own.

Very knowledgeable guide that walked us through the history of the cathedral, but also of the city. We did a self-guided tour of the inside which was nice because it gave us the flexibility to view certain art or monuments and skip over some we have seen before. Afterwards we walked around the cathedral and she explained it's history.

Make sure to pay attention to the starting point as I did not which caused me to end up waiting at the Notre Dame entrance. Once the tour begin all went smoothly we learned a lot of information on the city as a whole as well as the Notre Dame. Benedict was a good tour guide with lots of valuable information for first time visitors.

Prior to boarding, the communication was stellar. We received exceptionally clear instructions and expectations leading up to the the cruise ensuring we knew exactly what to anticipate and allowing us to just relax and enjoy the anticipation. The true highlight of the journey, however, was our captain, Victoria. She was magnificent! radiating a warmth that perfectly set the tone for the tour. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history and sights, but her witty personality and charm made the experience feel entirely exclusive and personal. I am incredibly impressed by the level of curation and hospitality. If you want to experience the beauty of Paris away from the crowds in a setting that feels both luxurious and genuinely welcoming, I cannot recommend this private cruise highly enough. It is an absolute must-do.

This was a great tour. You get to see the beautiful countryside of Normandy on your drive to Giverny. The tour guide, Brune from Brie, was so informative not only on local history but also on the best way to explore the gardens. I would highly recommend this tour.

Giverny Tour June ‘26

Giverny was about an hour from Paris. It’s a tiny village where people still live. Monet’s gardens were beautiful. I was very surprised that the beautiful paintings in his home were not protected, especially in the front room when you first enter. It was probably exactly like it used to be when he was alive, maybe it was even his studio?? It was very crowded and I didn’t follow any audio so not too sure. That just kind of shocked me. If you have time, walk all the way to the end of the street to the church where he is buried. It was a very pretty old church. Also, not sure if anyone else noticed, but didn’t see any hydrangeas. Maybe I missed them, but the big blue blooms are my favorite. I didn’t see any. Not even white blooms. Lastly, we had about 3.5 hours for our tour. I would’ve liked to stay a bit longer.

A Fantastic Tour!

This was a fantastic tour of Notre Dame! Our guide, Daniel, greeted our small group warmly, then gave us a really good history of the site, dating back to before it was Christian. His history lesson set the stage wonderfully, and specifically illustrated before and after the 2019 fire with beaitiful color pictures. Just as outside the cathedral where he pointed out the many statues and bas relief that tell numerous stories of the bible, inside the cathedral Daniel identified interesting pieces not to miss such as artwork or organs. My trip was exponentially better with Daniel's guidance. Thanks for another great tour Viator!

The best tour ever!

This tour with Eduardo was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had with a tour guide. His knowledge of art is superior to some professors. He took us through the gallery and explained the history of 19th and early 20th century art in a way that was fascinating and easy to understand. I would do this tour again in a nanosecond.

Trekking around Montmarte

We were running late due to traffic and had to walk last 5-7 minutes because taxi couldn’t get by demonstrators . Our guide waited an extra 10 minutes. She clearly described what she was wearing so we could recognize her. Her tour was full of local stories and history without being drawn out too much. Sophia was wonderful and we will remember our tour always.

Our tour guide Nina was great. She explained the history of the Eiffel Tower which was very enlightening. She was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable and at the summit showed all of our group the best landmarks of which to take photos. I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

Lovely evening

When we boarded the arrival on the boat was disappointing the smell a little untidy but once on board and seated at our table we loved the evening. The food was lovely service well organised and the entertainment excellent would recommend but please make a better impression on arrival.
