Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate which was great. What was not great was that she was biased against kids and didn’t bring headsets for each of our three kids on the tour because she said some kids don’t handle the equipment properly. This was one of the last tours on our long European trip and my kids had properly handled headsets on about a dozen prior tours so this was very disappointing.

We are sorry for this issue. The tour guide normally gives headsets to everyone above 4 years old. Maybe your children were under this age. We only bring headsets when the group is composed of six or more participants. The place is small and quiet so even without the headsets people can hear the tour guide.

Great/friendly guide & driver; nice driving conditions & knowledgeable/experienced guide. A bit rushed BUT I don’t think with how crowded it was it would have made a difference with more time. Would recommend booking this tour!

So we had a horrible experience with delays and actually missed this. Panicked, I contacted our tour operated, and they told us they had informed the guards of our scenario, and while they wouldn't be there to guide us, we could still get in. This was sold out for days and it was a clean and easy process to still be able to see this even after some major flight delays. Extremely responsive company who were truly amazing even though we missed the tour time.

Cinthia, our guide, was excellent and unafraid to be a little provocative, which made the tour fun. And Sainte Chapelle is eye-wateringly beautiful. The tour is way overpriced for what you get, but if you missed the public booking window there are limited options. Also it is misleading that the meeting point is listed as Quai des Orfèvres. Actually the entrance is round the corner in Boulevard du Palais. The confusion caused us to be late and earn Cinthia’s displeasure. Getting inside seemed to take forever and the whisper gear as usual was very unreliable despite Cinthia’s efforts. But no regrets and stunning photos.

Skip the Line Tour is the best way to go. This church is fabulous and was built within Louis XIV palace. Walls of stained glass depict books of the Bible. Our tour guide, Cynthia, was brilliant and entertaining. Don’t miss this tour

Our flight was delayed and we couldn’t reschedule our tour. We tried to reach someone to help us but costumer service was not available.

We are sorry about the delay. A special reservation needs to be made with a specific time and day in order to enter with a group and skipping the long line. It is written on Saint Chapelle website that changes are not allowed. Once the reservation is paid, there is no way to modify or obtain a refund. You did not send any messages prior to the tour concerning you problem with the flight. In fact the tour guide called you because you were the only ones missing and this is how she knew you were not coming. She explained that there was no possible way to enter later because she is holding that special ticket for the whole group. if you had warned us earlier, we would have been able to see if there was a place for you the next day.

they canceled the tour and never told us so we went there and stood around waiting luckily we were able to get in the public line and still see it ourselves, but that’s very unprofessional

We did cancelled the tour a week before it. We explained you that sometimes there is problem with the system and this is what occurred. We didn't verify because we were sure that it was cancelled. We refunded you fully and we excused ourselves for this inconvenient.

We did not get to see St. Chapelle. I had a medical issue on the day of the tour and couldn’t attend. Viator found another time and day, BUT told me I would need to pay again. I understand that you should not be refunded a ticket for some thing within 48 hours, however, when you can reschedule, the next day, you shouldn’t be required to pay for the tour again

We are sorry you got sick 10 minutes before the tour. For information, we need to pay for a reservation as well as the entrance tickets, the tour guide and there is a 25 % percentage viator takes from what you paid. You ask us if it was possible the next day, we said yes, however you did not understand that we have to pay again a reservation, a guide and tickets because on that specific day, we did not have any groups. Sometimes when people cancel and we have a group, we offer to reschedule but unfortunately we did not have any group next day.

Our guide, Cynthia, was so kind and personable. She was an excellent story teller and very knowledgeable. We met up on time and we were actually the first to walk in! I highly recommend the early AM entry time for this reason. It was SO gorgeous and we were in there all alone. It was silent and so beautiful. (& we got some great pictures with no people in them!) Worth the"skip-the-line" extra $ as well. Loved the tour!

Our tour guide had great knowledge of the architecture and helped us to understand how the building design enabled so much light and so many windows in the chapel. She also helped us to understand the significance of the stained glass windows. Finally, she taught us about Saint Louis and helped us to better understand the history of the monarchy in France.
