I booked this tour with my daughter and we loved it! Our guide, Christophe, was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to understand. It was busy at the Louvre and he was able to direct us to areas to view the piece and be out of the way. His knowledge of the history and the art was impressive! He kept our group engaged the entire time which is saying something as the age ranges were 10 years old to about 65.

It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Alban R was delightful. He was so knowledgeable of the artwork and the building. It was like a Master Class.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tour company. I arrived at the meeting point just three minutes late, but the tour had already left without me. I understand that schedules are important, but I expected at least a brief attempt to contact me or offer a reasonable solution.
I paid €420 for this tour and received nothing in return. There was no flexibility, refund, or alternative arrangement, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
For the price I paid, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like my money was wasted. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

We were happier about the first tour we booked - 10:30 AM and presumably therefore less hot, and 100 euros less than the 2:30 PM replacement tour we had to book at the last minute.
However, none of that was Isadora’s fault, and she was 100% fabulous. Very engaging and enthusiastic, obviously loves being a tour guide, shared lots of art history and political context which added interest and meaning to our tour, shared many interesting pictures, facts and sidebars via her tablet, and handled relevant questions and less relevant side conversations with an easy grace. We truly enjoyed our time with her.
We also really enjoyed the small group format (6 members of the group, plus Isadora). It was easier to hear, it was easier to move around in the rather crowded Louvre Museum, and we all developed a quick and easy comradarie.
All in all a good time, we would do it again (but maybe in the spring or fall!).

Juan R. was so wonderful for our tour of the Louvre! I knew the museum could be overwhelming and booked a tour of the masterpieces. Juan, with his excellent Art History background, answered all of our questions about the artwork, the history of the Louvre, even it's not so great history of acquisitions. We walked 3 miles; Juan was very aware of how fatiguing the tour could be and checked in often, even with a middle schooler joining us. I'll be back and September and will be sure to book for another tour.

Anais was a fantastic tour guide. And the six person max made the very crowded Louvre very manageable. It was our daughter's first visit and this was the perfect way for them to see the highlights. Good communication before and the meet up was easy. Highly recommend.

The Louvre is a must-see in Paris, but can understandably seem overwhelming. When our guide, Daniel, told us that only 8% of the Louvre's collection is available for the public to see, we were blown away. And happier than ever that we had chosen a small, guided tour to maximize our time there. Daniel's expertise provided relevant facts and focused our attention in areas we might have missed. Highly recommend a tour unless your goal is to just wander for hours.

The Louvre is a staple of Paris and for our family, it was a must-see. Having Alban as our guide was not only amazing in terms of seeing all of the most popular exhibits; it was also efficient considering the scale and size of the museum. You can tell that Alban cares about what he does through his friendly and happy-go-lucky personality and his extreme attention to detail. He is not boring at all, giving just the right amount of details and takes time to answer any questions. He also doesn't rush and knows how to read his audience, giving us options on what to see next. If you happen to book a tour with him, ENJOY!
