What are people saying about Osaka

Great Experience in Osaka side streets!
Highly recommend this tour! It gave us a great feeling for the Higashi area (which we likely would have missed otherwise). Our guide, Bernie, was wonderful. He knew a ton about the area, history, customs, etc. from his 16 years living in Osaka. It was fun to be with a group and walk around, explore, and eat delicious food at some hidden gems!!

Delicious and fun!
This was a fun activity to do, and we really enjoyed our guide. We got to try a lot of food, and it was fun to walk around the Shinsekai neighborhood and learn about some of the local icons and history of the area. Two suggestions: 1) it would help if the guide had a sign or something (we walked back and forth past him at the meeting point a couple times before we connected), and 2) there was too much food. Maybe have smaller tasting samples. We didn’t want to waste but.couldn’t eat everything!

Hugo was an amazing...
Hugo was an amazing guide. I loved his knowledge of history and his ability to craft the tour to our needs. He did a great job of showing us the castle and local areas to shop and enjoy food. It was a great starter tour for a few days in Osaka. Strongly recommend

Great way to experience Osaka classics!
Loved the class!! Prompt pickup at class time with short walk to host's home. Lovely set up and menu. Enjoyed a private cooking experience, asking questions and learning about both local differences in food and traditions. Host Yayo made it special for my husband and I (food was delicious too!!) Would highly recommend!!
