Don’t waste your money

It was overcast the day we had booked once on the bus they closed the doors and informed us we wouldn’t be allowed in the water and we had to sign a form we refused and got off the bus. Don’t waste your money on a beach trip that won’t let you get into the water.

Some of the positives. The food was really nice. The view and scenery was amazing. And the servers were friendly. The reasons I gave it 3 stars were as follows: we weren't part of a cruise ship, we paid privately for the VIP experience and we were basically forgotten. The people from the cruise who came after us were attended too so well and we had to chase our server and chase someone for the WiFi. Where we were seated we could hardly hear the music. For these reasons I wouldn't return as I don't think they care if you're not from a cruise ship.

Viajamos en crucero, sin señal de Internet, wifi limitado, la excursión dice 9 am, pero cuando bajamos ya no estaban ahí, estuvimos preguntando donde era el punto de encuentro porque en la descripción dice que es en un local de comida Fishermans, pero resultaba que era en el estacionamiento. Total que tuvimos que pagar 120 dólares por llegar al Beach Club porque no nos resolvieron nada, llegamos y la verdad la playa está muy linda pero de VIP no tiene nada, las bebidas están malas, muy cargadas con alcohol, cero opciones de bebidas sin alcohol, la comida bastante mala, lo único bueno fue el postre. Después nos llevaron de vuelta y estuvimos 40 minutos en una gasolina, sin hacer nada y una tienda de souvenirs. La verdad la playa está linda, pero el lugar está muy equis.
