Booked a combo with Blue hole and Dunn's. Due to rain the day before the Bliue hole was cancelled, which the operator didn't inform me until I was in the shuttle. Then they offered to refund that part, if I continued with Dunn's. But afterwards they only gave a small discount of about 20%. When I complained they tried to say that 25eur back of 107eur is 40% and refused to refund the cancelled visit..

We thank guest for feedback, as stated the weather make the tour impossible to complete both attractions, we gave guest a 40% refund initially the guest complain and threaten to leave a negative review if we don't give more, we reach out to viator and report this threat and gave guest an additional 5% refund. This tour cost a $120 and guest was refund $57usd for this tour through the viator app. The guest wanted to do half of the tour and get a full refund which we refuse why guest write this negative review.
