The accommodation holiday services provided were good. I understand when it comes to transportation services they do their best to accommodate groups and shared rides. I was deciding between knutsford and holiday services and I went with holiday with the expectation of having a shorter ride with lesser stops. Me and my partner had to wait 1.5 hr for our ride, and we booked a one way to Ochi Airbnb . Although the wait to accommodate us was long they provided us with a shuttle for us only. So it turned out great as we were the only ones on the shuttle and got direct ride to our Airbnb in Ochos Rios. Thanks Holiday services!

Good for airport transfer to Ochi AirBNB

I use Viator whenever booking airport transfers in Jamaica. I travel here 3-4 times each year and sometimes use shared-rides service, including this company. This trip was by far the ABSOLUTE least amount of time waiting between check in with the desk and departure from the airport!! Albeit, we were in a van so there were fewer people to wait on and perhaps fewer stops. Vehicle was somewhat battered, but seemed mechanically sound. Music was mind-numbing after the 1st loop (think 80s easy listening)...LOL I would definitely use them again.

Perfect all round service. My driver was extremely helpful and it was like I was on an excursion. he told me such interesting facts about the island . He got me to the airport on time. This is the second time using your company and would recommend to friends and family.

Ever been on roundtrip oneway Trip

Ive used them several time and am generally pleased. This booking was VERY misleading and the vendor staff were not very helpful. I booked and was charged for a roundtrip, but was later contacted and told to cancel and rebook two one-way trips...Huh???? I did, and am still awaiting a refund for the r/t fare. The driver (Jessie) was amazing and very professional!!! I would use them again, but they really need to correct their narrative/processes.

The bus was nothing like the photo which is what I was expecting. The driver drove very dangerously. The mini bus that picked us up was in a disgusting state, ripped seats, very dirty.

Not just AirBNBs

The ride is advertised as AirBNB shuttle, but it also stops at hotels. This is not disclosed to passengers at booking. Misleading.

Awesome Experience

Our driver Kevin was awesome! We were picked up 10 to 15 minutes prior to our pick up time. Kevin even found some time for us to purchase souvenirs along the way to the airport.

Good Shuttle Experience

Will 100% book again! Easy to book and the driver arrived 15 minutes prior to departure at our accommodation and arrived at MBJ Airport in approx 1.5 hours, as expected.There was air condition throughout the journey and price was good.

My driver was Bernard z - who was patiently waiting .. even though my flight was 1/2 delayed.. he shared off-the-beaten path info with me (sorry folks - I'm not the all-inclusive type) .. and was very engaging and welcoming.. he also made sure I got to my accommodations safely -after I paid him .. Madame feel safe in my first evening.. ps -because my plane was late, I was the lone passenger. THANK YOU BERNARD!!
