Did not get to use the arrival services of Club Mobay due to miscommunication. You must confirm whether or not you get an email to do so and it needs to be with Holiday. Holdiay employees were very kind and did all they could to try and help. The situation was made right and they took care of our transfers and departure Club Mobay. Would recommend this tour.

fastest way through airport

getting through airport and our own shuttle van for 12 of us to our resort. First time using mobay but definitely not the last. Saved us hours of time our driver was amazing he stopped for what ever we needed,beer SMOKES and more

Great service for the price. We loved the food and hospitality. The only downside was that are transfer was not private returning despite that is what we paid for. When I asked the driver from Holiday Services, she was very dismissive and stated that she was told to pick up another party and that I would have to take it up with whom I booked. Needless to say, it was a very tight ride to the airport. I contacted Viator upon arriving home and they finally were able to get in contact with Holiday Service or MoBay, I received a refund for only $10. Overall, it's a good value and the MoBay staff and set up at the airport is excellent!
