We provide pickups from all major hotels in the Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay areas, and from Reynold's Pier and the Ocho Rios Cruise Ship terminal. PLEASE NOTE: The time selected during checkout is not the exact pickup time. Hotel pickup times can vary based on distance, and cruise ship pickups depend on what time your ship is docking. I'll start with the great! Carlos, our guide and driver, was amazing. Very friendly and we enjoyed his commentary. Highly recommend him as a tour guide. Next, the river guide, Duane was friendly and informative and we felt very safe throughout the whole river run. Crazy how they ride stomach down on their tubes and guide us here and there like that! Bamboo Beach Club was very nice. We had chairs reserved for us )thru the tour) which made it nice to get off the bus and go right to our chairs. The included lunch was good...jerk chicken and yellow ride. Drinks were cold and strong and yummy! Now, getting to all that goodness was not as pleasurable. The chaos at the port led to us not leaving there until after 10:15. After rushing off the ship, there were plenty of people there who worked for Bamboo Beach club, but only a few had any idea what was going on. They took buses and buses of VIP Beach Club people to THEIR buses, while we stood there as there were only 11 of us it seemed they were looking for a smaller bus to take just us (that is how we got the wonderful Carlos...he has his own bus/company that Regae/Bamboo Beach must have contracted to take us) The ride to the river was closer to 50 minutes (only 2 ships docked in Ocho Rios) therefore setting us back even further. Becasue of the delays we had zero time to shop at port when we got back. A 5 hour excursion took 6.5 mostly due to the chaos at the port. I realize they are a secondary excursion vendor and would not be give priority for set up to receive passengers, but a better system of getting off and onto buses needs to be implemented. I will also say, they were the ones in charge of getting even the Carnival excursions onto buses...definitely not efficient like Carnival usually is. The tour, the guides/driver and the river run was amazing and worth it for sure.

David's and Nye both were excellent. Water tubing was great even with the storm coming through. Nye provided excellent service with the helpers on her team all were very friendly 😀. Great job

It was fun because we were on vacation, but As 4 adult travelers tubing was a bit mild and not as adventurous as we thought it would be…. However our tubing Expert made it super fun and had us all entertained so it was worth it.

The river tubing itself was great. Our tour guide and the van ride to the Rio Grande was great. But, the tour was short (less than 30 minutes down the river) and we ended and went straight to the Bamboo Club. The food was OK. The drinks were extremely sweet. Personally, I think it was overpriced per person.

The tube activity is amazing. The beach part, on the other hand, is not good at all. The drinks - alcoholic or not - are terrible, so is the food.

Absolutely loved it & enjoyed ourselves. This was a great option for us since we were only visiting for a few hours because we came to Ocho Rios by a cruise ship. The whole process was easy...from booking to being picked up at the port & back to the port for drop off. The tubing experience was so much fun. Our guide in the water was such a sweetheart. It was only 3 of us but he did a good job with guiding us. I also loved that fact that we had the same driver all day. We were able to leave our belongings in the shuttle while we went down the river & we waited while we were at the next location. The beach club was cool. I loved that a meal & few cocktails was included with the excursion. We basically sat around & enjoyed the atmosphere. Our driver Koby was awesome. The drive to & from was an event to. It was about a 45 min drive but I loved the sites so it was no issue. I know Koby wasn't expecting the pure entertainment he got from us though. I appreciate the small talk & him answering our questions about the area. We are definitely planning on coming back to area & will be using Viator again for all our excursion needs. A time was had in Ocho Rios.

The rafting was quite fun and the scenery was beautiful. The lunch afterwards was good but the beach was so so. There was confusion about pick up times from the cruise terminal and we got there an hour early but others from our ship got there over 2 hours early as they were told. There was also quite a drive to the river which I hadn't expected but it was interesting to see the rest of the island. There was a young lady that gave the tour and she was somewhat knowledgeable as an intern but not a fount of information. The river guide was great and he did a good job of keeping us safe. All in all, we thought it was a fun excursion but not one we need to repeat.

We were picked up at the cruise terminal (though there was problems with the time: I contacted the tour operator on Friday, tour being Sunday. We were told to meet at 10:15. We were on a cruise ship, so we could not make/receive information on Saturday. On Sunday, we receive a call at 9:15 telling us we were late to the meet up point. We had to rush to leave the ship...frustrating about the change of time so last minute) We were driven in a van to the tubing start point. KenRoy was our guide and HE WAS GREAT!!! Very personable and funny. We were able to leave our belongings in the van. We were given a helmet, life vest and tube and set off! Our group was small (5) an we were all attached. The trip down the river was beautiful and fun! It was like tubing through a forest. Mostly smooth water, but a few Class I and Class II rapids. We were never scared and enjoyed our time very much. KenRoy was an amazing guide and gave us lots of information of Jamaica. We tubed about 45 minutes. At the end, we gave all supplies back and got in the van to be driven to Bamboo Beach Club. The club was very large and relaxing. We were lead to padded chairs on the beach. (Not loge chairs-could not put feet up) and a table. While the service was slow (maybe giving us time to enjoy our food and drinks?), we were given many drinks (though the alcohol was weak). The food was four tapas: 1. fitter (not sweet) 2. sausage and pineapple skewer (the skewer was a toothpick) 3. Jerk chicken and some slaw 4. sweet fitter and ice cream. Though the portions were small, the jerk chicken was VERY tasty and the dessert was delicious! There was a small souvenir shop and other kiosks to buy drinks/alcohol. Our river mates bought us all some Jamaican Beer. There was NEVER any pressure to buy anything. Everyone we met, at the tubing and the beach club, was very nice. They left us alone, which we appreciated so we could enjoy the beach/water. This was a great adventure. If you are in Jamaica, I would HIGHLY recommend it! The lack of selling/upselling/pressure to buy was worth it.

Our guide on the river rafting snowtanya, sorry if I spelt your name wrong. However he told us to call in splash me when we do he actually splashes us,lol. This was one of tge best tours. It's really for all ages and yes some parts were rough utnot too rough. We had our son on the trip and our guide was so good with him. He gave the Beast instructions for all of us in the group to be safe. Thanks again splash me for a wonderful, amazing rafting experience for my family and I even my toddler started to scream waterfall!, as they approached and had so much fun. To our overall tour guide Natalia and absolutely fantastic. She waa extremely knowledgeable giving small tidbits a out Jamaica. However at bamboo Beach she found us the best place to relax with a beautiful view and literally 2 walk steps into the beach. In addition she was our server. She's tge best bar tender and tge food was shockingly GREAT! Thank for bring a brilliant tour guide Natalia

Great experience! Didn’t realize it was an hour away but the drive was great. The pickup for the cruise is at the dock fyi! We wandered off and got lost but they picked us up 😅. When we got to the rafting, there were 2 guides that pushed us along the way. It was the perfect amount of rapids for us and for our 2.5 year old who had a blast!! Then we went to a private beach with great food, drinks, **beautiful** clear beach water!! I even had a beach massage!

We had a fantastic driver who went above and beyond. However, the rafting was only about 30 minutes and we only had 60 minutes at the beach. The rest of the time was just drive time. I will say the food was fantastic, I just wish we had more time to actually enjoy the spot.

We really enjoyed our experience with this company! Our guide picked us up from the port terminal and took us to the location of the river tubing, to the bamboo beach club, and back to the terminal. He even stopped at some shops and waited for us to look around. We got to enjoy the river tubing without the crowd as it was only the 3 of us and our guide Ben. He was great and got us down the river safely. The Bamboo BC was very nice and the beach + food was amazing! Would absolutely do this again!

Family of 4 with an 8 year old with autism. He was scared but he did great and the guide was wonderful! Wear water shoes! Long walk from the bus to the water entrance. The beach club was nice. 4 courses are served. The drinks were not great but free so we just didn’t have them. Little shop for souvenirs.

I really enjoyed the tour guided rafting with Xavier and then the transition to the kayak down to the ocean was amazing!! It was a great experience and I look forward to returning with more family!!
