Just do it! You won’t regret it

This whale watch was incredible. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative. We were able to see five whales in total - 1 Minke, 4 Humpbacks in addition to two white nose dolphins and plenty of puffins! There is no bad spot on the boat and the cookies and hot chocolate were a delightful surprise! I would absolutely recommend taking this tour!!!

wonderful experience with really friendly and knowledgeable guides. of course we cannot anticipate exactly how the wildlife will behave but we got extremely lucky seeing multiple whales and pods of dolphins jumping around the bay. truly a magical experience. there is free parking and the location is well explained and easy to find.

We saw a humpback whale, a minke whale, puffins and a pod of dolphins stayed with us for quite sometime. Beautiful weather. The one guide from Spain was exceptional. Pack warm clothes when visiting Húsavík—it can be cold out on the water even in the summer months, and temperatures tend to drop at night.
Húsavík is small enough to get around on foot, but it’s best to have your own transport or to join a tour if you want to explore further afield.
