Amazing excursion!!

Emanuela was simply great. She communicated with us well ahead of time of arrival and picked us up at 8 am from the Naples cruise port. We were escorted to a mini bus with other passengers. There were 3-4 families total. I’ve we started off, we realized that the tour itinerary was changed up a bit from what was provided when we booked the trip. However, the trip was most enjoyable. We drove all the way to Amalfi coast on the most scenic (but rough) drive. They took us on a little boat excursion there for breathtaking views of the amalfi coast. We had an hour to explore on our own/have a local lunch. Then they took us to the Ruffello castle for a tour. It was again superb. Brought us back to the ship by 3:30 pm. It was a well planned and amazing day excursion. Definitely recommend! Thanks Emanuela!

We rode with Marco who was an absolutely pleasure! We did the 2 hour stop at Pompeii and he made sure to coordinate with our private tour guide to show us around. Right as our tour ended he was immediately available to pick us back up and take us the rest of the way to Positano. Dodi, set Marco up as our driver and Dodi offers the same travel services throughout the Amalfi Coast. Dodi’s English was also very good, so it was easy to coordinate adjustments when our train from Rome was arriving later than expected. It was very fluid and it took a lot of pressure off trying to get around. I would highly recommend Dodi’s travel agency if you’re looking for a way to get around safe!

Pippo is the best! He picked us from naples to take us to positano and was the sweetest driver. The drive beautiful and so worth it. The overall outline of our Amalfi Coast tour was excellent, and we truly enjoyed experiencing the beauty of this incredible region. The scenery exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the opportunity to visit such a stunning part of Italy. Our driver arrived right on time and informed us that we would be picking up our guide, Roberto, near the train station. Roberto was pleasant and courteous throughout the day. Having had two outstanding private tours in Rome earlier in our trip, our expectations may have been high. Those guides provided a detailed overview of the day, shared fascinating historical information, and demonstrated a genuine passion for their city and country. Their enthusiasm made the experience especially memorable. As constructive feedback, we would have appreciated a brief overview of the day’s itinerary at the start of the tour. Additionally, it was difficult to hear Roberto from the back of the van, which limited our ability to engage with his commentary. We believe there is an opportunity for more storytelling, local history, and sharing of personal insights that would enhance the overall guest experience. We share these comments simply as a coaching opportunity, as Roberto was kind and professional. Despite this feedback, we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking beauty of the Amalfi Coast and are happy we chose this tour.

The driver was there waiting for us when we got out of the train. He was polite & personable. Answered any questions we had. And it was nice not having to worry about transferring trains and finding our Airbnb after getting off a train with luggage & not knowing where we were going.

Great way to travel to your destination.

Service was great! Driver was waiting inside the train terminal awaiting our arrival. Although our train was an hour behind schedule, he patiently waited. He took us straight to Pompeii, where we enjoyed seeing the historic site. Then on to our hotel in Sorrento. Along the way, he provided information about the area. We would definitely use this service again.
