What are people saying about Morocco

Definitely worth a visit
Wear good walking shoes, dont eat too much beforehand. Take some.cash with you as various 'buying' opportunities during trip. Went beginning November so little chilly eating lunch. Need to be relatively fit for the hike to waterfall. Full but lovely day trip. Great guides.

Fantastic experience
DO IT, DO IT, DO IT. What an amazing and exilerating experience from a team who obviously know what they are doing. Communication was 100% with pick up and drop off time within a few minutes of what was planned. The whole team was extremely friendly and it was an experience neither my wife or I will forget. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Our booking was through Viator, but a tour operator was PalmsBallooning

Great day in Casablanca.
Although initially seeming unorganized and leaving 45 minutes late from the meeting point, our tour ended up being superb. We saw the mosque in a skip the line fashion. Our guide was informative and kind. Our group was only 14 and he shepherded us safely though markets, a bakery, a church and gave us 40 free minutes at the market to shop or enjoy a Moroccan coffee. We could not have imagined a better day in Casablanca.

Great trip, pickup could be improved
Pickup could be better. Called the evening before. Received a call in very poor quality. Pickup scheduled for 4:50. When the pickup wasn't there by 5 o'clock, I called. He said it was scheduled for 4:30 and the driver had already been there. After some discussion, he said he would come again. Strangely enough, he was there within 2 minutes. The balloon ride was incredibly beautiful. The pilot was very nice.
