Had a great Marrakech tour with my guide Lahcen. He was very knowledgeable on Marrakech and Moroccan culture and history. He also took me to plenty of good markets where you can get good quality clothes and leather goods. He was very accommodating, I never felt pressured or rushed. Absolutely recommend this tour and Lahcen as a guide.

Fantastic tour! Jaouad (guide) and Mohammad (driver) were first class! They provided the perfect balance of history / sightseeing, dining and shopping (we especially valued their recommendations of where to find things on our “lists”). We had a wonderful city tour in Marrakech with Mehdi and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He covered all the major attractions and brought each place to life with engaging stories and clear historical explanations. His knowledge of the city is impressive, and he shared it in a way that was both informative and easy to follow.
What really stood out was his thoughtful pace throughout the tour. As we were travelling with our 10-year-old child, we appreciated how he made sure we were comfortable and never rushed. He also gave us plenty of opportunities to stop, take photos, and truly enjoy each location.
Mehdi was consistently polite, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. We would highly recommend him and the tour operator to anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for a knowledgeable and considerate guide.

Our tour guide, Abdel, was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was a good balance between walking in the Medina and driving around. He was always careful to look out for our comfort and safety (especially when walking in the Medina). Abdel's English was excellent and spoke clearly (important in that I am a bit hard of hearing). I would definitely use Abdel again.

Our guide jaouad was great and knowledgeable. The only thing we did not like was being taken to two cooperatives - rug selling and argan oil selling. These two places the people were passively aggressive and wanted you to buy. It really turned us off and we wanted to be done.

Jaouad, our tour guide, gave us access to areas we would not have seen otherwise. He is very personable, really loves Marrakech, and took us to antique store we would not have seen without a guide. We really enjoyed the first stop, a museum, the Jardin Majorelle, YSL museum (you book those online after booking trip- check with guide to determine the time to book- through Viator or Whats App). Our driver was also very polite and friendly, and did an amazing job navigating as the traffic is insane in Marrakech. We loved the restaurant for lunch that was recommended- beautiful rooftop views, excellent food and tagine, and prices are lower in Morocco than US. Really the only unpleasant thing is the pressure to buy. We did end up buying a rug (runner) which is very nice, some scarves and argan oil, etc. The people are very friendly- the culture of the souks and bargaining, etc., is everywhere. It did feel like pressure to buy when led into various stores. I planned to get argan oil before coming to Morocco. The experience is unique and very beautiful items. I highly recommend this tour!

Anwar was our guide and he was absolutely amazing. He was a wealth of knowledge about the city and every stop. He lead us to an amazing lunch spot on a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the entire medina. His English was impressive and it seemed like he spoke 5 or 6 other languages as well. He lead us through the labyrinth of souks and into some amazing stops we definitely wouldn't have found without him. As the day went on he made sure to ask if we wanted to continue on to all of the stops, as he could tell our energy was waning. In the end, he definitely catered the tour to our group and made the experience wholly enjoyable and informational. The driver (whose name is escaping me) was timely and efficient, meeting us at points throughout the city so we could continue the tour without running out of steam. 5/5 stars, definitely would recommend this tour. Great day one tour to get a good bearing of the city and see and experience a little of everything Marrakech has to offer

Comfort Travel Morocco Private Tours made our last minute change request a success.
At 8pm the night before our Private tour we asked for a pick up at 3pm not 10am. Without hesitation they advised us we would be picked up and continue the tour for the remaining 3 hours.
He treated us with kindness and appreciation along with providing excellent English and knowledge of the three museums plus many interesting facts about Morocco.
What a hit he was.

Overall was good. The driver and guide were nice to be around. The guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The only opportunity was the shopping portion. It seemed to be catered to visit certain vendors. While I appreciate the recommendations I would have preferred to look at vendors with items I prefer.

Picked up from our hotel, driver and guide both excellent and English and knowledge very good.
Learning about the true nature of Muslim culture was amazing and the mosque was beautiful.
Bahia palace was so beautiful once inside and the meaning of the word beauty is in the eye of the beholder so true.
The gardens at Jardine Majourel were beautiful in their own way, I learnt that cactus can be beautiful in all their different shapes and sizes and colours.
An authentic lunch was had at a local venue and then souks and shopping.
Day was very good and whole experience enjoyable

Great experience. Visited all the must see sights of the city with a knowledgeable tour guide (Abdelfatah). Pace was our own with no rushing. Was nice to sit in an air conditioned van in between sites since it was so hot. Abdelfatah was the best! Would highly recommend this tour- I have nothing negative to say about it.

Want to thank Mo and Jaouad for an amazing tour experience today in Marrakech. Mo was an amazing driver that drove us to and from locations, always providing fresh water bottles for us, especially in today's boiling weather of 44 Celsius. As well was a delight to talk with in the car in between locations. But Jaouad was an amazing tour guide, who knew tons of information of each location as well was able to provide personal insight and know how to relate to some of the locations. Walking through the souks, we were able to visit some amazing artisanal shops and learned the history behind them.
Jaouad was the best tour guide that we could have asked for, and definitely recommend him to anyone that want to experience what Marrakech has to truly offer.
As a side note, he recommended some Marrakech specialty food, the pastilla and tanjila, which we had later that night for dinner after the tour, which turned out amazing.
Thank you Jaouad and Mo for an amazing day in Marrakech!

We had a full day tour and it was just perfect in every way. Our tour guide Jaouad was knowledgeable, friendly and took us straight in to all of the locations without a wait.
The transport between locations appeared just as and when we needed them to take us to the next step of our tour.
Visit into the souks was comfortable and we visited some of the best shops.
What an experience! Thank you so much and great value for money.

This is a great comprehensive tour of Marrakesh. Unfortunately, we were not able to finish the tour because my wife became very ill. Our guide, Haichar, was not only a knowledgeable guide but a great person. When we had to end the tour due to her illness he not only helped walked us back to our Riad but stayed with us while a doctor came. He even fronted me some money to pay for the doctor’s services as I did not have enough cash. A real gentleman and another example of the hospitality of the Moroccan people.

We had an amazing day exploring Marrakesh, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Tahar, and our driver, Omar.
Tahar came to our Riad in the morning and patiently waited while we finished our breakfast. He had already rearranged the itinerary to make sure we could visit Jardin Majorelle, the Berber Museum, and the YSL Museum at our scheduled time of 9:30 am, which we really appreciated.
Throughout the day, Tahar shared great insights and historical context at every site we visited. He answered all our questions thoroughly and clearly. He’s incredibly well-spoken, easy to understand, and very respectful in his manner.
One of the highlights was how thoughtful he was when it came to taking pictures. Without us even asking, he offered to take photos for us at the best spots and even suggested some fun poses. Honestly, he could double as a professional photographer! It made for some great memories.
For lunch, he took us to a rooftop restaurant with a view of Jemaa el-Fnaa. Afterward, we explored the souks. What stood out was that he never pressured us to buy anything. He would ask whether we wanted to go into specific shops or skip them. When we did shop, he helped us negotiate fair prices.
Omar, our driver, was equally great. He drove us smoothly around the city in a clean, comfortable car that was stocked with water, tissues, and wet wipes. He even restocked the water for us during the day.
Both Tahar and Omar were calm, kind, and never rushed us. Thanks to them, we had a fantastic and stress-free experience in Marrakesh. Highly recommend!

Tahar is a very good guide with deep knowledge on all the places we visited. He was also very good in explaining the Maroccan culture. He spoke very good English and the car was very clean and comfortable. Great experience.

This was a great way to see some of the key sites in Marrakech. Our guide Mouàad was professional, spoke good English and was very knowledgeable. We saw parts of the Medina we would have never found on our own and he expedited our entry to all of the sites! It was wonderful to come out of each area and have our driver Moe waiting for us. It really was a “luxury” transportation experience!
