Oussama and Yassine were our guides, the communication for pickup was very thorough. Oussama was great in ensuring everyone in our groups needs were met, and made stops as requested. Yassine was our driver and was great navigating the roads. We made frequent stops but not so many that made delays. The location stops were very informative and did not feel rushed. Both Oussama and Yassine did great with taking group and individual photos. Riad accommodations were lovely and restaurant choices were very good. Would definitely recommend this trip for group or solo travelers!

It’s a nice trip in theory. Poor execution. Unfortunately the tour company Click Excursions added a new employee to the trip. We altered the itinerary to accommodate her pickup in Casablanca. Tariq, our driver, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and really seemed to want to show us a good time. However, I think he was put in a bad situation. He was trying to cater to his paying customers while also trying to accommodate this other person who appeared to be in some position superior to him. She was extremely rude to the other couple on the trip. It made it very uncomfortable. She came across as very entitled. If these are the people this tour company employs then they have a fundamental problem with their business. My guess is she will not last long in the service industry or the company will not last long hiring people like her. It really soured the trip. I felt very bad for the other couple. They should not have been treated that way. The altering of the itinerary prevented us from seeing much of Rabat and by the end of the trip it just needed to come to an end. I got the sense Tariq was unhappy with how things played out but he remained as professional as he could given the circumstances.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.
We are truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your trip affected your overall experience. We sincerely appreciate your kind words about Tariq and will be sure to share your positive comments with him.
We would also like to kindly clarify an important point regarding the situation you mentioned. The person you referred to is not a member of our agency team. She was a regular client who booked and paid for the same tour as all other participants. There is absolutely no company staff member present on tours alongside guests, as this is not part of our operating procedure.
It seems there may have been some misunderstanding within the group arrangement, and we are truly sorry that this created confusion and discomfort during your trip. We understand how this could have impacted the atmosphere and the planned itinerary, and we regret that your experience in Rabat was affected as a result.
Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously, and we will review this situation carefully to ensure better clarity and coordination in future group tours.
We appreciate your understanding and hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you again for a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

The tour was great all places were visited were very beautiful. I would like to return again. I recommend. Taking the tour.

Thank you very much for your lovely review.❣
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that you found all the visited places beautiful. It is also a pleasure to know that you would like to return and recommend the experience.
Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you again for another great excursion.

We thought this was a three day tour of Casablanca, Rabat, Fez and Chefchaouen . In fact what happened is we had a driver in a poorly air-conditioned van who dropped us off in Casablanca at the mosque and dropped us off in Chefchaouen, with no guidance.
Perhaps a guide and a driver would have resulted in our expectations. But we did have a very good guide on the 2nd day in Fez.
Anca_D, Apr 2026
Very nice experience. We spent a total of 8 days in Morocco, and I would say this trip had the biggest impact on us.
It is quite intense, as there is a lot to cover in 3 days, but everything was very well selected and optimized. We never felt rushed, even in a group of 7. We visited in March 2026, after Ramadan, so the weather and the number of people in the streets and traffic were manageable for me, especially since I’m not used to large, dense crowds.
We had two guides, Said and Mimo, who were excellent and attentive to every need, which must have been challenging at times. Our driver, Ismail, was incredible—keeping us on schedule while driving long hours with great skill.
Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and the price was excellent for what we received. The car was comfortable, the driving was smooth and professional, the restaurants were well chosen and served traditional food, and the riads were beautiful—truly worthy of photos and stories to share with friends.
I would highly recommend this trip. However, for a more relaxed experience, I would suggest taking more than 3 days for this itinerary.

Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback.
We are truly pleased to hear that your 8-day stay in Morocco was so memorable, and especially that this tour had such a strong positive impact on your overall experience. It is great to know that the itinerary felt well organized and balanced, allowing you to enjoy the journey comfortably even within a group setting.
We are delighted that Said and Mimo provided attentive and professional guidance throughout the trip, and that Ismail ensured safe, smooth, and punctual transportation during the long drives. Your kind words will certainly be shared with them.
It is also wonderful to hear that you appreciated the comfort of the vehicle, the selection of traditional restaurants, and the beauty of the riads, which are indeed an important part of the Moroccan experience.
We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and your helpful suggestion regarding extending the duration for a more relaxed pace. Feedback like yours is very valuable to us as it helps improve future experiences.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon for another unforgettable journey with Click Excursions.

If you want to see a lot of Morocco you should book this excursion. U will be a lot on the road but als you will see the highlights in fez , Casablanca, Rabat and chefchaoun. We had a great driver anas and Aziz as friendly guide . The guide in fez was nice too but in fez it felt sometimes like a tourist trap. I would prefer to have few extra stops for nice pictures.
The staying in the riad in fez was lovely and also in the hotel in chefchaouen was great .
I liked it but at the end I was exhausted.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback! 😊🌟
We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed seeing so many highlights of Morocco, including Fes, Casablanca, Rabat, and Chefchaouen 🇲🇦✨
It’s great to know that Anas and Aziz were friendly and made your journey more comfortable, and that you also appreciated the local guide in Fes 🙏🚐
We also appreciate your honest comments regarding the stops and the experience in Fes — this kind of feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help improve the itinerary and make future experiences even better 📍
We’re glad you enjoyed the riad in Fes and the hotel in Chefchaouen, and we understand that the trip can feel intense due to the distance covered. Morocco is beautiful but also quite vast, and we always aim to balance discovery with comfort 🌄
Thank you again for your trust and recommendation, and we hope to welcome you in the future for a more relaxed and equally amazing experience! ✨

I dont know where to start, maybe the positives. You cram in a lot, seeing Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, and Chefchaouen. The tour group size is nice (8-12), local tour guide in fez was great and incredibly knowledgeable. Now for the negatives. While the tour guide with us for the whole time was friendly, they were often late to pick us up (not sure if that is his fault or the driver), he didnt really give a lot of information about things we were driving by or that we were seeing in cities without other guides, we often got to our overnight destinations very late and didnt have time to roam around ourselves, our second night in Chefchaouen our group was split up between 3 different Riads, talking to another person in our tour group, they mentioned seeing the guide booking rooms as we were getting close to the city. Whether that was the case at the first stop too im unsure. Due to traffic. We were late getting to Rabat and didnt get to do what was planned there, and due to flooded roads we didnt get to stop on the way back either. I think they should have split it up better done Rabat in the way back from Chefchaouen. Everything felt a bit rushed other than the tour im Fez. To top it off we were very late getting back to Marrakech, and ine of the other people on our tour got into a shouting match with the guide over bathroom breaks on the way home. Now, that being said I didnt have any issues with the guide myself, other than I would have liked if he provided more information about things we were passing or seeing during the long drives from place to place. I was sick one day and he showed a lot of concern for me and asked how I was every few hours. Honestly, not a horrible tour, just a bit disorganized and a bit more drama than I would have liked for what we paid. But if you dont mind some unexpectedness and maybe some interesting travel stories, or you want to see as much as possible in 3 days this is the tour for you
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent tour. We truly appreciate your insights, as they help us improve our services.
First and foremost, I want to apologize for the delays you experienced during the tour. As it is a shared tour, there are often variables that can affect our schedule, including traffic and coordination with our drivers.
Regarding the accommodations, I must clarify that the hotels are pre-booked several days in advance to ensure availability. Although I understand your concerns about the room allocations, we only work with two hotels for this tour. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the local tour guide in Fez and that he showed concern for your wellbeing during your illness. We strive to provide knowledgeable guides who can enhance your experience, and I appreciate your feedback about the need for more information during the drives.
We value your perspective and are always looking for ways to enhance our tours. If you have any further questions or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you once again for your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you on another adventure in the future.

Would recommend this tour if you want to see a lot of what Morocco has to offer. In a short amount of time you really get to get a feel of what each area is like. Each city was so different, with each place offering something for everyone. The drive is long but they do stop for food/bathroom breaks. You get to see so much of Morocco’s landscape that we really didn’t mind being in the car so long. The tour guides got us around safely and comfortably. The two Riads we stayed at were welcoming with good dinners/breakfasts! In the Fes Medina tour, the guide does take you to certain shops like a pharmacy, the tannery, a rug shop, and a pottery place. If you want to shop, I would bring cash, if you don’t want to I would just say that so you don’t feel pressure.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review!
We’re very happy to hear that the tour gave you a great overview of Morocco in a short time and that you enjoyed the diversity of each city and landscape. It’s wonderful to know that the long drives were comfortable and that the stops along the way made the journey enjoyable.
We’re also glad you appreciated the guides, the riads, and the meals provided. Thank you as well for sharing your helpful tip about shopping during the Fes Medina visit — we always encourage guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience at their own pace.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you again for another Moroccan adventure in the future!

I took this tour from January 4th–6th, 2026, with a group of six, including four teenagers and an elderly family member. While we met some wonderful people and enjoyed the sights, there are several areas where the experience could be improved.
The Team & Transport:
Our guide, Saeed, and driver, Bouja, were very friendly and informative. We traveled in a clean 21-seater van; however, the windows were constantly steamed up, which obscured the views of the landscape.
Pacing & Itinerary:
The distances between destinations are long. We only spent about an hour each in Casablanca and Rabat, which felt rushed. As a Muslim family, we were disappointed that we weren't offered the option of a basic entrance fee for the Hassan II Mosque. Instead, we paid 140 MAD per person for a guided tour of information we already knew. I suggest the guides make the basic entry option available to save families money.
In Chefchaouen, we arrived at 8:00 PM and departed at 11:00 AM the next day. This was far too short to explore, and despite being advertised, no tour guide was provided for this portion of the trip.
Guided Tours:
Our guide in Fez, Mohamad, was excellent. He was highly knowledgeable about the Old Town and took us through the tannery and various traditional stores (cosmetics, clothing, and carpets). Each stop provided a great historical overview of the crafts.
Accommodation:
A major issue was that accommodation details were not provided in advance. In Fez, we stayed at Riad Yamanda. Our room was on the top floor, which was very difficult for my elderly mother. While the room itself needed updating, the hosts were incredibly kind and served her dinner in the room so she could avoid the stairs.
In contrast, Dar Terrae in Chefchaouen was a highlight. It was beautifully refurbished with a blend of tradition and modernity. The owner, Bilal, was very hospitable, and the Tagine there was delicious.
Dining & Accessibility:
Lunch is not included, and we were consistently taken to specific restaurants. With fussy teenagers, I had to uncomfortably request to find alternatives. Providing more variety or free time for lunch would be much better.
Final Verdict:
This is a good trip, but not recommended for those with mobility issues. Expect many narrow streets, steep inclines, and stairs. With better communication regarding hotels and more flexibility in the itinerary, this could be a 5-star experience.

Dear Georgina,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your tour from January 4th to 6th, 2026. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our services.
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the company of our guide Saeed, driver Bouja, and the local guide Mohamad in Fez, and that Dar Terrae in Chefchaouen left such a positive impression.
We would like to clarify a few points you mentioned:
Transport & Windows
Regarding the steamed‑up windows, this is unfortunately outside of our control and not related to the quality or cleanliness of the vehicle. During winter, the combination of cold weather outside and passengers inside often causes condensation, which is completely normal.
Pacing & Distances
As clearly stated in the tour description, the distances between cities such as Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Fez, and Chefchaouen are long. For this reason, stops in Casablanca and Rabat are limited to a maximum of 1 to 1.5 hours, as mentioned in advance. Extending these stops would make the travel days excessively long.
Hassan II Mosque Entry
The entrance ticket to the Hassan II Mosque is clearly mentioned as not included in the tour price. The guided visit is optional and paid directly on site. We understand your point of view and appreciate your suggestion regarding offering clearer alternatives.
Accommodation
Accommodation names are not confirmed in advance as they depend on availability. Regarding your mother’s mobility, we truly wish this had been communicated before the tour. If informed in advance, we would have coordinated with the riad to request a ground‑floor room whenever possible. That said, we are pleased the riad staff were supportive and kindly served dinner in the room. It is also worth noting that all clients stayed in the same riad in Fez and found it comfortable and satisfactory.
Lunch Arrangements
As mentioned in the tour information, lunches are not included. Since we are not informed in advance about ages, dietary preferences, or if clients are teenagers, we are unable to anticipate individual needs. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements.
Once again, thank you for your honest review and constructive comments. We are glad you enjoyed many aspects of the tour and hope to welcome you again in Morocco under more suitable circumstances.

Overall a great trip and worth the travel to see the highlights from the 4 cities. A great group from around the world. Made lots of stops and the food and accommodations were very good, clean and comfortable. Transportation was mostly comfortable. Driver and guide took good care with a larger group. Highly recommend

Places we visited were really interesting and nice. Guides and driver were exellent. The driving distances were very long but there were enough breaks.
Response from Host, Dec 2025
Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful places visited and that our guides and driver made your experience excellent. We know the distances are long, so we’re happy the breaks helped make the journey comfortable. We hope to welcome you again!
SaidahSahid, Dec 2025
It was certainly a wise decision to participate in this trip, allowing us to explore various cities far from Marrakech without the hassle of flying. Our accommodation in Fes was quite impressive, rated 4/5 stars, while the riad in Chefchaouen was less impressive. The itinerary included stops at specific restaurants where the tour get commission and the food were mediocre. The medina tour in Fes includes visits to the tannery, textile store and argan oil shop. Each stops lasted long because the owners tried to sell except for the tannery. The time spent at the shops could be used to explore the market. Also we visited the first university in the world however you only get to see the courtyard. The guide for that day was not professional at all and his manners were poor and ruined the whole Fes medina experience. The driver is friendly and young and could improve in customer service. I’ve read so many great reviews about this tour with different driver and guides. I guess the experience really depends on the driver and guide. I would recommend asking for the driver and guide who have received good reviews to be part of the tour
Response from Host, Dec 2025
Thank you sincerely for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for rating the experience 4 stars. We’re very glad to hear that joining this tour allowed you to discover several beautiful cities without the stress of flying, and that you enjoyed the comfortable accommodation in Fes.
We truly regret that some aspects did not meet your expectations. Your comments about the riad in Chefchaouen, the restaurants, and the time spent in certain shops during the medina tour are very valuable. We understand how this can reduce the time available to explore freely, and we will address this with our local partners to improve the balance of the itinerary.
We are also very sorry to hear about your experience with the guide in Fes. Professionalism and respectful behavior are extremely important to us, and we will investigate this matter carefully to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate your kind words about the driver and also take note of your suggestion regarding customer service improvement.
As you mentioned, the experience can vary depending on the driver and guide, and we will use your feedback to ensure more consistency across all tours. Thank you again for your honest input and for recommending that guests request well-reviewed team members — we will work to make every traveler’s experience as positive as possible.
We hope to have the chance to welcome you again for a smoother and fully enjoyable journey.

I appreciated that Viator paired me with some fantastic women on my tour My only negative experience was when I received separate accommodation from my group in Fez not sure why that happened although the Riad that I stayed tried their best to accommodate me but it took too much time going through the narrow allies of the Medina to get there & my tour group showed me pictures of better looking Riad with excellent decor but however I did slept well in a comfy bed . The trip overall was perfect I enjoyed the patience & hospitality of my driver Mouad he was so pleasant accommodating polite professional & superb I give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I enjoyed the other tour guides in Fez & Chefchaouen as well they were informative knowledgeable & accommodating & would recommend them.. How can I forgot my stay @ Dar Terrae it was beautiful.Thank you Viator for providing a great experience I will definitely do this tour guide again & would recommend it to others

We appreciate your feedback regarding the accommodation in Fez and are happy you still had a comfortable stay at Dar Terrae.
We truly value your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you again with Click Excursions!

This is the best short tour if you’re interested in getting to see Chefchaouen and other notable sites around Morocco in a short time. Our tour guide Said was both knowledgeable and entertaining and the hotels were of a high standard. You will spend quite a bit of time on the road, but that’s the only way to do it. Our driver Adil, has to be the best in Morocco at navigating the hectic traffic. Highly recommended.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour and appreciated Said's guidance and Adil's driving skills. Your recommendation means a lot to us!

Long hours of sitting in the bus, but worth it. A great overview of Morocco! Said, our guide, the driver (whose name I forget!), and Safaa, our guide in Fez, were all very lovely, friendly and knowledgeable.
My only criticism would be the two "tourist" restaurants we stopped at for lunch - the food was overpriced and underwhelming. Apart from that, I really enjoyed it!
Pamela_A, Sep 2025
I had a trip full of memories for a lifetime with Yassine. We saw multiple cities on our tour: Casablanca, Fez, Ifrane, Rabat, and Chefchouen. All were unique and beautiful and Yassine knew exactly where we should stop to see the sights and take the best pictures. I learned a lot about Morocco with this trip! Both accommodations felt safe and had good food (especially breakfasts). I loved our Riad in Chefchouen! Morocco is a large country and this tour covers a lot of territory, so you do spend a lot of time in the van. It is comfortable and spacious but Dramamine may be advised if you suffer from motion sickness.
Ed_C, Jun 2025
Great tour to see much of Morocco in 3 days. Our driver Soufiane picked us up & drove the hours between the distant cities that we would not able to have seen in this short time. Stops were enough to get good pictures, with a thorough tour in Fez & ample time to wander in Chefchouen. The raids were both excellent. Great job by Soufiane & the tour company!
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Thank you for your great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed discovering Morocco in just 3 days and that Soufiane made the journey smooth and memorable. Happy to hear you loved the Riads and had time to explore Fez and Chefchaouen.
Best regards,

Excellent trip with a great driver and guide Nour. We were lucky to have such an experienced and skilful, gentle young man driving us around.
The accommodation, food and the local guides were beyond our expectation too. The company offered great service as well. Highly recommend the trip and the company.
Great Value for money!

I can't say enough good things about this trip and our guide Badr. Yes it's alot of driving but if you have a great guide like Badr, you end up not realizing it. He was remarkably educated and engaging. He went out of his way to carry our luggage, take incredible pics and videos and treat us like friends/family by giving us honest tips and advice. He literally made the trip! The riads we stayed at were phenomenal: clean, well run by hospitable people and just stunning. Mohammed the guide in Fes is literally one of the greatest people I've met in Morocco. He had such an amazing personality and was captivating! Overall such a memorable and wonderful trip. Badr made us all feel like we were one family touring the country together where when it ended, we got sad. Please ask for Badr and give this man a raise!
Kavita_S, May 2025
Great experience to see multiple towns if you have very limited time in Morocco. There is a lot of driving so beware if you get car sick, if you have more time we would recommend breaking up the journey a bit more.
Our pick up was an hour late with little communication as to why or how delayed it would be. After that hiccup everything else went smoothly and our driver Yassine was very friendly and nice to travel with.
Response from Host, May 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the trip and Yassine’s company. We apologize for the late pickup caused by a technical issue with the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to see you again soon!

Overall we had an amazing trip! Our group was great for not even knowing anyone before going on a three day trip. My only advise would be to not guide yourself with the itinerary, but rather the overview of the trip. I assumed that the first excursion of the trip was included, but it was not. So be mindful that the first day you will need to pay for meals along with the mosque/museum. Be mindful that the cities you’ll be taken to will not always accept credit card, so make sure to bring cash. The tour guide in Fez was absolutely phenomenal. However, all I can really say is that if you’re not open to the idea of road trips (especially with random people) don’t waste your time. We were blessed to have an amazing group. I can only wish that for others as well.

Please note that some visits and lunches are not included in the tour, and it’s important to bring cash as cards are not always accepted.
We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the guide in Fez and hope to welcome you again soon.
Best regards,

Read the fine prints because a lot was not explained correctly and we were caught off guard with paying extra such as the mosque although it says entry and admission was paid for but to enter the mosque isn’t. Please carry cash !

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that some details were not clear and that you felt caught off guard by extra payments.
To clarify, visits in general and lunches are not included in the tour price. We always recommend carrying cash as credit cards are not always accepted, especially at certain sites like the mosque.
We appreciate your comments and will work on making these points clearer for future guests.
Best regards,
Azeddine

This is a good way to see most of everything in just 3 days. There is a lot of driving but also the nature is beautiful and enjoyable. The driver Yassin was very helpful and friendly :) enjoyed it and took amazing pictures
