This trip is imprinted on my heart. What an absolutely fantastic experience. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Communication before was excellent. Travelling as a solo female I felt safe. Scenery was amazing, food so tasty and the views were just wow! Thank you so much. InchaAllah I will be back for another hike. ☺️

What an amazing experience. The hike was absolutely beautiful and just what I needed on this trip! If you want to see authentic Morocco, away from the hustle of Marrakech— highly recommend. Our guide was very professional and I felt safe the entire hike. I would wear actual hiking boots and consider poles— portions of the trail were covered in snow. It’s not a bad hike (no scrambling), but loose gravel and got a little steep at some points. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Vistas in Snow Capped Atlas Peaks

Overall a great experience. We hiked for about 5.5 hours, covering 7.5 miles and 3k feet of elevation. Mountain peaks were all snow capped from the day before. The views at 8,900 feet were amazing. The lunch in the Berber camp far exceeded expectations for a high altitude meal.

Fantastic Hike in Toubkal National Park

We were picked up by a driver near our accommodation in Marrakech and we collected our guide on the way to Imlil. We started our walk from there, visiting waterfalls before heading off on our hike at 1760m. It was a beautiful walk up to Tizi M’Zik pass where we had lunch at 2480m. After a delicious lunch provided by the cafe at the pass we continued our hike to the top of Tasghimout. The views along the way and at the peak were stunning. We headed home on the same path. Our guide, Abdul, was fantastic. He told us so many interesting things along the way and his English was great.

Brahim is one of the best guides we've ever had. He is kind, joyful, knows the community well and was a wealth of information. He knows Morocco well and it was really fun dialoguing about his country and as well as the natural elements of the hike. The views were stunning on the hike as well. He went at a good pace, not too fast or slow. Overall we highly recommend the hike with him and would request him as our guide if we are able to come again.

Best day hike from Marrakech

The communication with Brahim was brilliant start to finish, and we had the most wonderful day with our guide, who was brilliant. We were fortunate that it was just my partner and I for the day, and the hike was a tough but worthwhile challenge, with the views a 10/10. Lovely food at the top, and we even got to visit a waterfall as we made it back down with so much time to spare! The elevation gain was approx. 850m, and the distance 12km all in. Bring hiking shoes as the terrain at the top was very dry and therefore slippy.

We had a fantastic day in the Atlas Mountains with Brahim as our very knowledgeable guide. Everything was very well organised and Brahim kept a good pace, making sure we all got to the top, the scenery was stunning. I also liked that the trip was just the hike, no stops at any shops/workshops en route. 100% recommend Brahim and his trips, would love to do another one if we visit Morocco again

This was a fantastic tour that we strongly recommend. We hiked in the most spectacular scenery in the Atlas mountains. At the top, close to 2800m, we saw this fabulous view. Our cook provided a delicious meal, and for us, sitting on a Berber carpet under the trees so high up in the mountains was an experience we’ll never forget. Our guide was so nice and friendly and walked in a tempo just suitable for us! Well worth every penny🤞

Great Guide and New Friend

My husband and I decided to do a summit hike in the Atlas Mountains. We were paired with Mohamed and I couldn’t be happier. From the start he was very clear about how long the hike would take and what we would see. The pace was perfect for our abilities (early 30s with hiking experience). Mohamed pointed out landmarks along the trail and even took photos for us. The lunch was the best mountain meal I’ve had and there was an abundance to go around. We made good time so we were able to make an extra stop at the waterfall. Before arriving, Mohamed invited us to his home where we had mint tea and homemade cookies on the terrace that overlooked the village and mountains. You can tell that Mohamed is experienced with his trekking and guidance. We were able to hear many stories of his treks. I would recommend Mohamed as a guide and also a friend. Thanks so much for the great day!
