What are people saying about Madrid

I enjoyed my bicycle trip...
I enjoyed my bicycle trip through the city. It was nice to see some different areas that would be hard to get to by walking alone. I also got some good information about the city and the various sites that we saw.
Madrid doesn't necessarily have the same bicycling infrastructure as other parts of Europe, so I might suggest an e-bike if you choose to do this trip and to know that you will be in some street traffic.

The Luna y Lorenzo experience
Though it was a hot day in Madrid, Felipe our tour guide was the best. He made it fun and entertaining. Very attentive by helping everyone take pictures and very informative about the history of the Parque de Retiro. If you get Felipe as your guide, ask him about Luna y Lorenzo. And tell him Ruben y Michelle said hello.

Three Great Wineries & an Amazing Guide
Amazing experience!! I’ve done a few Buy a Tour tours now, and this has definitely been the best one so far.
Enrique was our guide, and he took us to three amazing wineries. There was no pressure to buy anything—you can simply relax and enjoy the experience. We did end up buying some wine, and we found the shipping to the USA to be very reasonably priced—ours was less than €100. He was very knowledgeable, his English was clear and easy to understand, and he made the day even better. I’m really glad we got him as our guide!
There were 12 of us in the group, and by the end of the tour we’d all gotten to know each other, which made the experience even more memorable.
The first winery was at the actual vineyard where the grapes are grown, while the other two were tasting rooms in charming little towns. It was a great mix and made the experience even more memorable.

Piero was wonderful
Piero was an absolutely fantastic guide for our first activity in Madrid. We covered history, architecture, some Spanish gossip, and of course, food! We visited some known spots and some hidden gems and in the meantime had some fantastic food and drink. If you are visiting Madrid be sure to let Piero show it to you first!

Toledo at its best which covers all the prime spots
The tour was great and the guide explained everything very well. The language we had chosen was English and the guide explained everything in Spanish first and English. We covered all the locations in Toledo and managed to walk through the city center and explore even the smallest locations.

Fun and Informative Tour!
Great Tultuk tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Madrid and the history of the city as well as the history of Spain. He asked us what we had already seen and done so that he could show us places we had not already seen. We could stop whenever we wanted to take photos. Wonderful experience!

Tuk Tuk + Mario = Excellent tour
Had a wonderful first interaction with Madrid. Mario our guide was knowledgeable, and thanks to him, we even attended a football match; Real Madrid at home! But for hia conversation, we would never have known we were staying 8 minutes walk from the Stadium! Made the tour even more memorable.

Great historical site visit
Beatrice was a fantastic tour guide. She gave us a great explanation of the history of Spain on our way to the monastery so when we arrived there the significance of the things we saw made a lot of sense. The Escorial is about an hour outside of Madrid and the tour is the perfect length to see an amazing site and still have time to enjoy Madrid in the afternoon. See how they carved things into the mountainside is absolutely worth it! I highly recommend this tour.

Would do it again!
Everything the “big “bus” tour isn’t! Just us and Jaime, our tour guide. We were able to go down cobblestone streets/alleys; spots the big bus can’t access.
Great commentary and history along the way and time for quick stops with a much more personal touch.
Highly recommended!

A Perfectly Balanced Day in Historic Toledo
Our day trip to Toledo was a great mix of history, culture, and scenery. The city’s cobblestone streets and layered influences from Christian, Jewish, and Muslim heritage made it fascinating to explore.
The guided tour was engaging without feeling rushed. Visiting the Toledo Cathedral was a standout—stunning in every way—and the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca added a unique cultural perspective.
We were unsure about lunch at a historic war museum vs a local restaurant, but it ended up being a pleasant surprise with a nice setting and a nice selection of traditional tapas items.
Overall, a well-paced and memorable way to experience one of Spain’s most historic cities.

Sampling of Madrid with Carolina
Carolina was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever encountered - from the initial contact to the very last second! We saw everything from historic buildings to parks, cathedrals, markets, shops, and statues. The detail with which Carolina described everything was inspiring. We were able to decide where and what we wanted to see and even got many recommendations for where to eat, shop, and kick back. It was the best way to see as much of Madrid history and get a taste in one day.
