Tour guide was very knowledgeable, found us good spots to view the changing of the guards, very careful about ensuring no one in group got lost. The pace was good even for someone with mobility issues. Westminster Abbey was amazing but almost overwhelming; there is so much to see.

Nathaniel was a wonderful, entertaining guide who provided us a terrific educational experience about London. Seeing the changing of the guard is something to see so you understand what it means. Sadly, it is underwhelming. Nathaniel put us in a location that provided good visibility and entertained us with fun stories from history. I purchased tickets to see Westminster Abbey as part of my package. What I didn’t know was that our tickets didn’t give us a scheduled tour time so, after a 3+ hour wonderful walking tour and being tired, we had to wait in line to enter the Abbey. Not a major deal but it was a little disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Natasha was an absolutely outstanding guide! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire tour both informative and enjoyable. Her passion for the history and stories of the area really brought everything to life, and she was friendly, approachable, and happy to answer questions throughout. At the end of the tour, Natasha recommended the Blue Boar Pub for lunch, and it was a fantastic suggestion. The food, atmosphere, and traditional pub experience were exactly what we were hoping for and made the perfect ending to a wonderful day. Thank you, Natasha, for making our visit so memorable. John was an amazing tour guard. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable, sharing many historical tidbits. He kept a good eye on everyone and made sure that the walking pace was good. The name of the tour is incorrect. This was the changing of the horse guard which is not what I signed up for, but it was wonderful, nonetheless. Highly recommend this tour and this tour company!

Our tour guide was very informative on our way to the palace. Once inside, you get an audio box and the tour guide is done. You walk through on your own. At the end, there is a very long walk through the gardens to exit the palace grounds. That is the only negative we encountered! Other than that, it was great experience!

Our tour guide Ian Luck was absolutely brilliant and our driver Jack was safe and efficient! Ian knows so much about music and the music places in and around London. He took care of us at the Abbey Road crosswalk, was informative, and handed out little memorabilia to show and keep. You get more than your money's worth!

Excellent Experience

Given time constraints, my wife and I were waffling between this tour and one for Stonehenge and Bath. We picked this one and I'm so glad we did! Leeds Castle was definitely way cooler than we expected, and the former owner had an eye for fashion given how cool it looked. Canterbury was simply wonderful. The Cathedral is awe inspiring and has ages of fascinating history as well. The cliffs of Dover were a bucket list item so I'm very happy I got to dip my fingers into the English channel and grab a few souvenir pebbles. Thank you to our guide, Sheila, for all the history she provided us on the bus and at Canterbury! She was wonderful, with loads of knowledge and a good sense of humor. We'd definitely recommend her to anyone.

Great day!

We had our tour with Sam on 5/29/26. He was very, very knowledgeable (as long as you were close enough to hear him), walked a great pace, incorporated bathroom and water breaks, didn’t lose a single person in our 20-person group (impressive!!), and was very friendly. He was also perfectly clear about where or what time to find him after we were allowed to venture/take photos. What would’ve made it even better. We wish: - we could’ve heard him more (with mics or headphones) which was just not possible at all times with our big group as-is. - more opportunities for group or party photos. Photos were offered once to take at “anytime” but didn’t offer at each stop and rarely pointed out any photo op spots to take along the way - a better view of the Buckingham guard changing, closer to gates rather than watching them march down the mall - we had more time in Borough Market. Definitely should treat this as a snack or stopwatch situation. Anything bigger than fruits or pastries had long lines and a decent turnaround time, let alone how long it’d take you to eat/enjoy your meal and then venture the market.
