Our tour guide was fantastic, and the driver of the boat was obviously highly skilled. We got to go into caves with small openings and in wavy conditions because we were in a smaller boat and because of the driver’s skills and we always felt totally safe. Both guys were tons of fun and our guide was very upbeat and knowledgeable. We were very lucky because it was just the two of them and the four of us (2 couples) so a private boat trip. Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names, but they were excellent. They called themselves Michael and Angelo (a play on words but maybe close to their real names?? 😀). And the beauty that surrounded us was spectacular! Highly, highly recommend this tour with this group!!

This was truly one of the highlights of our stay in Lagos. The grottos are beautiful and the guides, Igor and João, were so friendly and entertaining. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the Algarve!
The boat driver and his assistant were great. They were friendly, personable, knowledgeable and they made the experience interesting, fun, and memorable.
Boat tour was very fun, the guides were very informative and made the experience even better. Would do again!

This was a fantastic experience. The meeting point was well organized and once aboard the boat the two staff members share history of the area as well as ome humor while touring the beautiful caves of Lagos. This trip is definitely well worth it. It was a fun and enjoyable excursion to compliment our trip.

This was such a great experience. I had friends who did other tours on catamarans and they said they didn't love their experience. I'm so glad I went with this company, we were able to get up close and personal to the caves and grottos. You really can't beat the value for money.

It was really great! The guide was funny and the nature was beautiful! We missed the booking time and they were so nice and accommodated us on the next trip an hour later! They also allowed our 4kg dog to join the trip.

A great experience for families, friends or couples. It was exciting and fun getting up close and in through the grottoes. Fun and fast at times. Good humour and interesting facts from Katrina and H. Well worth it.

Delightful tour! The crew was friendly with just a touch of saltiness to keep it fun. The size of the boat and duration was perfect for our two young kids. Note that nearly all of the boat tours gather at the same meeting point by the docks, and we were a little worried for a minute because we departed a bit later than scheduled due to refueling. So don’t stress, just keep an ear out. Would def recommend!

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Knowledgeable, interesting, and funny guide and fantastic driver who could expertly give the best views of the caves. We are travelling in the Algarve with kids (3&5) and would have struggled to access some of the more beautiful beaches because of long staircases so this was the perfect way to see the sights. Felt really magical and fun and safe - as well as being brilliant value for money. Highly recommend.

Wonderful tour guides. HOWEVER, the company needs to get a grip. I was at the correct location by 1:45 for a 2pm trip. I call and receive no response and ask several people and at 2:10 I finally hear a phone call. They said are you at the right place- I said yes. And he said what’s your name and told me they must have already called me and left. I said that’s impossible and he said oh they rescheduled you because you said it was ok. I said I have no record of that. He said they definitely WhatsApp you I have nothing to tell you. I’m sorry what!!! I wish they would have been communicative seeing all the tours go by.

Wonderful experience seeing all the grottos and caves, the tour host was full of information and friendly. Me and my son really enjoyed ourselves and recommended for families with kids as trip is not as long as other boat trips.

Our guide was very good! He was knowledgeable about the area and had a terrific sense of humor! He spoke several languages. This was a terrific way to spend a few hours during low tide…we got to go into some spots that aren’t accessible duing high tide. You truly get to see the beauty of the beaches and coast line. Easy and affordable - would do this again!!

The guide João and the captain Igor were very experienced and the conversation was really pleasant, in English and a little bit in French. All the visit of the caves and the experience on the boat around 1h30 were amazing. This trip is a must for the people who visit Lagos.

The boat tour was one hour 15 minutes and I thought it was the perfect amount of time. We were impressed by how well the operator could maneuver the boat in and out of the caves. It was super fun for my teens. It was also funny and informative. If you have younger kids I'd suggest sandwiching them in between two adults so they don't get their hands out of the boat when it gets close to the rocks. The boat driver was nervous a couple times when kids didn't listen. We felt very safe the whole time and everyone must wear a life jacket.

My family enjoyed our 10am grotto trip with Igor and John immensely! They were certainly very entertaining with relaying the facts and history. We captured some fantastic photos. I loved the small group, there were only 7 of us guests on the boat (another party did not make it). One hour and 15 minutes was the perfect amount of time to see everything. Obrigada!
