Good pick up however was taken to wrong hotel. There is more than one Ibis in Krakow. I was taken to the budget one instead of Centrum. By the time I realised this the driver had left. It was the middle of the night and I had to wait for some time for a taxi and of course extra cost. Please ensure drivers have the correct address.

We were met at the Krakow Airport by our Viator driver. He was very informative during the drive to our destination, pointing out different places of interest and telling us about Krakow. He gave us a great introduction to Krakow, and the wonderful people who live there, as well as safe and prompt ride to our apartment.

If I could rate it lower I would. 1 hour and 15 minutes after scheduled arrival and 1 hour after actual arrival, dialing all numbers provided with no answers we took a cab to the hotel. This was the worst, no communications at all.

Driver was waiting for us as we cleared customs. Vehicle was a nice clean mini van with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. The drvier knew he would be our return to the airport driver as well so we were able to confirm pick up time and location as he dropped us off. Would use this service again.
