What are people saying about Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum

Got what we paid for
We both thought the trip was well organised from the moment we booked to the time being dropped off. The meeting time was accurate, bus clean , cool and comfortable. The host that took us around ( sorry can't remember his name ) was very clear with his delivery and interesting to listen to. Even though the trip is very sad and thought provoking I am pleased we booked the trip we did.

Clean, courteous, and knowledgeable
The whole experience was well organized. The driver was friendly and courteous, and the tour guide were very knowledgeable. The bus was clean, and the driver gave us an overview of the drive time and each stop every time we boarded the bus. I highly recommend.
