This was my second time visiting. This trip was with my partner as he had not been to Krakow before. Tomaz our guide was amazing.

Tour was great. Driver was on time and very attentive. Be aware though that the time on Viator may differ from the time you’ll be picked up. Only after we were within the 24 hr cancellation they reached out saying the 9am tour was actually 1145am therefore we had to change our evening plans. Other than that, I’d recommend.

Great trip, very moving, our driver was lovely & our Tour guide was very informative & delivered the Tour of both sites in a very respectful way. We were kept well informed prior to the trip & the pick up & drop off were great locations (we selected hotel pick up). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this Tour if your thinking of booking.

This was an excellent experience. Our driver picked us up exactly on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The guide spoke perfect English and took us to several sites at both Auschwitz and Birkenau. This cannot be an easy job to do every day, but she was polite and answered all questions while remaining upbeat. High recommend.

Auzwich was a very sad and moving place . The tour was worth the visit even though there was a lot of walking .but was woth the visit

Pick up on time, driver good, friendly and helpful...guide Anna was very good, knowledgeable and helpful but we did feel quite rushed throughout the tour, which took the edge off for us. TIme to reflect, read the displayed information and absorb the enormity of what happened would have been appreciated. We also queued for approx 25 mins, tkt time 8.30, 9am when we went in. Security checks need to be advised to customers as we were not prepared for it....

This is a tour well worth doing. It is very well organised. We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel and our driver was great. The tour guide Kasia at the museum was very well informed and struck the right level of respect for the location. Makes you think!

the trip was cancelled 10 days before we left but it was all hidden in the viator web page and I was getting mixed messages - such as your trip is happening soon etc. The people who cancelled it should have just given me a direct message to my email address not through viator website. We tried to get on another trip and that was cancelled an hour before we were due to leave. I am expecting a full refund!!!

Everything was good, from the pick up to the drop off. our tour guides were great. The tour was very informative , shocking to see how the prisoners were treated.
There was a lot of walking so be aware of that if you have mobility issues.
We ordered a packed lunch with our guide and it was a lovely lunch, worth the money, the only downside was that there wasn’t enough time between the tours to eat it.

Absolutely seamless pickup and drop off! Michal explained EVERYTHING perfectly which meant we knew where to be, when and what would happen. Tour was excellent. You 'could' DIY it with the train but a tour is worth every penny to remove the hassle!

The driver & tour guide were amazing! They did the impossible by bringing to life the immense horror, suffering, evil & extreme sorrow of the darkest history - the Holocaust. Im a 3rd grneration

Excellent tour guide when we got to Auschwitz.
Not happy being crowded in a taxi for the ride to and from Auschwitz. The description states there will be wifi, no wifi in taxi, no water in taxi.
Had I known that I would be taken to Auschwitz I would have never booked

The entire experience was sad and unforgettable. But what made the entire experience most enjoyable was our tour guide. She had great knowledge of the subject but most importantly was the passion of which she told the story. We went in the 1:pm tour. Forget tour guides name but she was AMAZING-

I was really disappointed with how rushed the tour was, the group was too big and I was barely given 5 seconds to look at anything before being hurried along. It was difficult to take anything in or have appropriate time to reflect on the enormity and gravity of the crimes that took place at Auschwitz- Birkenau. I would not recommend this tour.

Our tour was moved much earlier and they didn’t inform us of the time change so we ended up missing the tour. I had to spend all day trying to get a refund.

Honestly, don’t like to visit such places, but this tour was amazing. The guide was involved, very informative and even for kids enjoyed the tour. Couple hours walking, the place is very popular. Recommend visiting
