If you are looking for an incredible, stress-free introduction to Kyoto, I cannot recommend Kaeko Tanigawa highly enough! From the very beginning, Kaeko’s organization was flawless. She met me right on the Shinkansen platform at Kyoto Station exactly as planned, completely taking the guesswork out of navigating a busy transit hub. In just four hours, we managed to see three of Kyoto's absolute icons—Nijo Castle, the breathtaking Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion), and Fushimi Inari Shrine. Despite covering so much ground, the pace never felt rushed. Kaeko expertly navigated Kyoto’s city subways and buses, making the transit between sites feel smooth and effortless. Her knowledge and insights brought the history of each location to life. She perfectly timed the tour to end at Fushimi Inari Shrine, giving me clear, easy directions on how to take the 5-minute JR line back to Kyoto Station. This allowed me to explore the magical thousands of red Torii gates at my own leisure as the evening set in. Kaeko is professional, incredibly kind, organized, and a wonderful guide. Best tour if you are heading to Hiroshima

This trip was absolutely exceptional. Hiroshima memorial is a must see of course. But adding the island trip to the tour we truly balancing. Do not miss the two for one experience. We stayed in Hiroshima for two nights. But we also saw people who came in by the bullet train in the morning and left in the evening.

Incredible experience

This was an absolutely incredible experience! Alissa was our guide, and she was knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly what made the excursion special. From the temple to the monkeys, every aspect was well thought out, and there wasn’t a question that went unanswered. She even translated for us so we could speak directly with the snow monkey park ranger to ask him questions. We truly appreciate all the work the guides put in to preparing for these events, and I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Great tour outside of Tokyo

Peru was a great guide who gave us great information in the bus as we were driving to the Nikko shrine . He answered every question I had, and was very knowledgeable. Once we got to the shrine, Peru also gave us some more information and then we had plenty of time on our own. We did go to the waterfall and the lake, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate those two places. But it was a wonderful day overall. My only negative comment would be to make sure NOT to purchase the lunch that was optional to buy. The food there was not good at all. Plus, there were other places to get food in the time span that we had.

Amazing tour with shuttle ride and sweet treat!

This tour was super fun! Make sure you are capable of going up and down a lot of stairs. We made three stops and every time there were stairs. When we went it was raining and the tour guide gave us umbrellas which was nice. This tour is also the only one the does a shuttle service for the last stop (takachiho gorge) so you don’t have to go back up the steps. Our tour guide Summer was very sweet and helpful. At the end they gave us traditional sweets for each person which was an amazing gift. Highly recommend booking with GoGo!
