We had an excellent...

We had an excellent service provided by Aoki. We actually forgot to download What’sApp and he still managed to find us! Took our whole families 7 from the busy airport to the van. Van was clean BIG clean and it was nice and cool from the heat. They even provided us a car seat for my infant daughter. We will def be using their service again.

It made going to our Tokyo hotel so much easier!

This was such a great service. Narita to Shinjuku was about 1 hour 30 minutes and after a long flight, we wanted our kids to get to the hotel ASAP. The driver texted the day before with Whatsapp and I was able to communicate our delay easily to him. He was very responsive which was great. The car was super clean and comfortable. I'm so glad we did this instead of trying to take the metro or a shared bus service!

Excellent Transfer, Unnecessary Meet & Greet Fee

The transfer itself was excellent. The driver was punctual, professional, courteous, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Everything about the transfer went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the overall service. My only complaint was the additional Meet & Greet fee. After already paying $170.70 for a private airport transfer, being asked to pay an extra 3,000 JPY (about $20 USD) simply for the driver to hold a sign with my name felt excessive and unnecessary. This fee should not have been charged. For a premium private transfer, meeting passengers with a name sign is a basic courtesy that should be included in the service, not treated as a separate add-on. Charging extra for such a minor service gave the impression of unnecessary nickel-and-diming. Aside from that additional fee, the transfer itself was excellent, and I greatly appreciated the driver's professionalism. I would gladly use the service again if the Meet & Greet charge were included in the quoted price.

A very good service.

Upon arrival on the airport, we received a message from the driver that he is already there and indicating where he is.Upon exiting the immigration,we found him quickly for he is there at exit waiting for us and got our baggage’s and lead us to the car, a big one and very comfortable. The driver is very nice and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended!

It was very efficient. The driver met us at terminal 3 international departures (Jetstar), and we all took the bus to terminal 2 and walked to the parking garage, where he was parked right at the front. The drive was excellent and there was plenty of space for us. The vehicle was large enough to fit about 8 passengers, plus luggage.

Our driver Ally was...

Our driver Ally was friendly, and communicative. He texted us both before our arrival and the day of our arrival keeping us up to date with his position. He was so helpful and friendly with our kids and made the drive easy and pleasant for all of us. Smooth transportation on our last day

Best decision to book PVT transportation from Tokyo to Haneda . Especially with the rain . Train ride would have been a lot longer and a mess. Our driver Yuka messaged us prior to pick up to preparer and was on time. He dropped us off and showed us exactly where to go and which elevator to take . Thank you Yuka for making our last day in Japan efficient and worth the money spent.

Reliable, on-time transport in roomy vehicles from Narita to downtown Tokyo

Hassle-free, affordable pickup from Narita airport and efficient drop-off to the Nikko Grand Daiba hotel in Tokyo. The person was on-time, had a board with my name on it, and was reasonably easy to spot. He also sent me WhatsApp messages with the sign, etc. The vehicle was roomy enough for 7 of us and was able to carry all the usual bags (1 large suitcase, 1 carry-on and one handbag per person), and there was still more space available. Not that much more than the airport shuttle, and we didnt have to adhere to the shuttle schedule or go to a specific location. This convenience alone is worth the small price difference.

We preordered our private Taxi from Haneda airport to Hatchobori for a family of 5 (2 adults & 3 kids - 13, 9, and 4 yrs old). We strongly recommend this approach as the price was fair during rush hour and took us 45 min from airport to hotel. Driver was communicative and was waiting for us upon arrival. Great first experience for Americans visiting Japan for the first time.
