The company was great. Although our flight was disrupted they were very accommodating and understanding and shifted things without any issue and were in constant contact.
Our driver, Martin, was absolutely amazing! Very nice and comfortable minivan. Despite our flight being delayed, he patiently waited for us, provided outstanding directions for where to meet, and was very welcoming.
I cannot recommend them enough (both company and driver).
Straightforward pickup and drop off. A fantastic way to start our trip.

The first driver cancelled since our plane was late. I had specifically requested a vehicle that would hold 4 adults and 8 large suitcases. The new driver did not get the message but was able to put all our bags in the van

Our driver was lovely and messaged us before we left Canada and as soon as we landed as our flight was early. She was great and communicated with us about where to meet her and it was a relaxing drive after our long flight.

I recommend this service, especially after a long plane plane ride. It’s worth every penny to be travel from the airport to the city. The scheduler and driver were responsive to message before and and the day of the pick up. Autos are very clean. Driver was efficient and backseat riding was comfortable….no motion sickness

It was effortless! The driver communicated with us on What’s App and he was easy to find. He even sent a picture of the car license plate so we could find it easily.

it was a very long ride. Should have flown into Haneda. Driver was punctual and very nice. Car was lovely and comfortable. Traffic was horrible and transport took 2.5 hours. Can not blame the traffic or length of time on anyone but circumstances that’s why i rated so high

The driver arrived to my airport ahead of time, I had cleared communication from the tour operator and the driver via WhatsApp on arrival time. Driver was very friendly and I am proud that she was a woman driver. Just a couple of things she should have done, she should not have stopped for gas on the way to the airport. She should have come with a full tank. And I had already given my zip air airline information so she dropped me at the wrong airline counter and it was a short walk however, she should have asked to me what airline I am flying with to confirm again, because I don’t know about Tokyo airports. She also missed the Narita Terminal 1 exit twice.

Traffic is heavy in Tokyo. Try to leave 5 hours before your flight if you are headed to Narita bc traffic can be standstill.
We luckily made it to our flight with 1.5 remaining after leaving 4 hrs before takeoff to reach airport.

The service was excellent. We had a small issue with the fact that our flight flights were cancelled at the last minute. We were able to rebook but were no longer arriving at NRT, instead our flight was arriving at HND. They rebooked our transportation with a different driver while we were still in the air. We had our new driver’s information when we landed. He was at the curb within three minutes of our leaving customs.

Definitely the way to go for a family or large group. Only gave 4 stars because the driver didn't take us all of the way to our VRBO rental. We wandered around a bit before asking some locals who helped us find the unit.

We booked 3 separate Viator airport transfer reservations for family members arriving from San Francisco into Narita. The first two went exactly as promised. The drivers contacted the travelers on arrival day, met them promptly, and the experience was smooth and reliable.
My reservation, however, was the complete opposite. Our driver never sent the day-of email, and the only text I received came after we landed. I replied right away to say we were going through customs and would be out shortly. He didn’t respond for the next 40 minutes. We had no idea if he was actually coming, and with no guidance on where to meet him, we couldn’t risk being stranded. We found another driver at the airport and began the two-hour trip into Tokyo traffic.
Only after we were already in the car did the driver finally text back 40 minutes later, with and I quote: “Hello, I'm in the line at the parking lot. The line is very long, and I need some time" -- a general text with no any instructions on how to locate him. I let him know we had secured another ride. Shortly after, a manager called, apologized, and told me to request a refund through the agency.
My husband and son each had good experiences with their drivers and would give the service a solid 5 out of 5. However for my reservation of 3 passengers, the communication failure, lack of professionalism, and complete absence of accountability made it a 0 out of 5. I will be contacting Viator directly to request a full refund for all three passengers on this booking. And I would NOT recommend this service.
