Company is reliable, good communications, flight was late and then Turkish Air lost our luggage, by the way avoid that airline if you can, flight was fine but if you have a problem you are in trouble. We were 3hrs + late and driver waited. Good value, was less than cabs/uber which also need to be avoided.

Wonderful and patient driver!!

Getting out of the port was a little chaotic, taxis everywhere and traffic was crazy. We came out a little late after long waiting on elevators but it took some time for our driver to get to us. He was very patient and stayed in communication at all times so we could find each other. He is also a pro at navigating the small streets on the way to our hotel! Best Day in Istanbul

Berk was our private tour guide and he was excellent. It was just my husband and myself on the tour and he was very patient with us. The tour was a long day and it was very hot and sunny but Berk moved at our pace. Berk met us at our hotel and arranged a taxi to the old town. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, and was very helpful translating for me in the pharmacy. If you are considering a trip to Istanbul, and you are looking to hit the historic sites Berk is your man.

We originally booked one...

We originally booked one of the cheaper Bosphorus boat tours but after reading reviews on this yacht we decided to pay extra for a better experience and we’re so glad we did!! We watched the cheaper boats loading and couldn’t believe the amount of people getting on them and how cramped they looked. This yacht was spacious and comfortable and they take a maximum of 30-35 people so plenty so plenty of space to move around. The crew all spoke excellent English and the tour guide was very interesting and informative. From the time we set off we were supplied with water, Turkish tea and coffee and various snacks which were very welcome. The tour lasted 2.5hrs including a stop off in a fishing village on the Asian side for a drink or a visit to a lovely little local mosque. My husband has mobility issues and the crew were very helpful in assisting him to get on and off the boat and one member walked with us on the Asian side as the others had gone off ahead to ensure we were ok. We would both highly recommend paying the extra for this wonderful boat trip and it was a very welcome , relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few hours.

Wonderful tour of Topkapi our whole family enjoyed. First, all the skip-the-line aspects are wonderful, but our guide MERT was FANTASTIC!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave just the right amount of information. We learned exactly what we needed to appreciate the history and culture of Topkapi without it being too much. He was also very good at answering questions from the group. We are a family of three but the total on our small group tour was 7 people which is great size. Mert made sure we saw all the highlights, gave great talks along the way, and made sure we knew we could stay longer and linger in the palace past our time with him. I hope Walks in Istanbul reads this review to see what a wonderful tour guide Mert is! Highly recommend this tour and this company!

We had a very professional experience and are really glad we chose this company for our transfer from Istanbul’s Nişantaşı area to IST Airport. We had an early flight, and our driver, Murat, arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. The vehicle (a Mercedes minibus) was spacious for three people, clean, and very comfortable. The ride to the airport was smooth and efficient—we actually arrived earlier than expected. Since it was our first time flying out of IST, we found the airport quite large and a bit overwhelming. This transfer service took away a significant amount of stress and made the whole experience much easier. Highly recommend—thank you!
