The coordinator of the local company comunícate with us since we contract the service, due that is my first time in Istambul, he guide us to the meeting point with clear instrucciones (he include a video that pointer the references), the vehicle was shine and clean and the driver very professional, excelent service

The car and driver were 35 minutes late. The car was much older than I expected and pretty dirty. The driver also stopped to get gas, which also slowed us down.

Excellent Istanbul transfer. Driver was at hotel ready before pickup time. He was very courteous, helped with our baggage & dropped off us at best departure gate. Private transfer & air conditioned vehicle.

This was the second time I have used this company. Used them several weeks ago for a wonderful experience with airport pick up. Used them again for hotel pick up and transfer to Istanbul airport. Received a message prior to pick up reconfirming everything and a photo of driver as well as his name and number, photo of vehicle and plate info. Extremely professional. Driver arrived 10 min early. He was professional, polite, helped us with our bags and drove us safely to the airport and helped with our bags upon arrival at the airport. Definitely recommended. Will refer our friends if they visit Istanbul and will use again if we ever return to Istanbul.

WARNING! NOT RECOMMENDED! The driver was in his cellphone the whole time while driving. Almost arriving at the airport he had to make a very dangerous and close turn to take the correct road. The van was in very bad conditions, it was all dirty from the outside, did not have the back taillight (right one), it also was very damaged form both sides and the back side. The driver did not even say he was sorry. Would NEVER hire this transfer again

J ai réservé un taxi pour 6 en avance pour éviter de faire la queue et de nous faciliter la vie en arrivant à Istanbul. Cela n a pas été le cas ,le chauffeur n était pas à l endroit qu’il nous a indiqué et nous avons attendu 1h30 dans le stress et l énervement de ne pas avoir de taxi car il y avait énormément de monde.

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires, mais tous les clients attendent à l'aéroport 1 heure ou 1,5 heure, il faut 10 à 15 minutes pour que le véhicule vienne chercher nos clients à l'aéroport car aucun des véhicules n'est autorisé à attendre à l'intérieur de l'aéroport en raison de raisons de sécurité. Veuillez partager les informations appropriées la prochaine fois. Bonnes vacances dans notre beau pays.

1人での利用でしたが、仕入れの為、荷物が多く、タクシーでは少々不安があったので、依頼しました。
時間通りにドライバーが迎えにきてくれました。
ですが、予約時に伝えた空港や便名が伝えられてなく、ドライバーはトルコ語のみ話す方だったので、一瞬 躊躇しましたが、翻訳アプリで何とか伝え、無事に空港のGATEまで送っていただきました。
車内も綺麗でミネラルウォーターのサービスもあり、ゆっくり空港へ向かうことができて良かったです。
最初は、トルコ在住の日本人に依頼できるサイトがあり、そこに依頼しましたが、2万円と高額な提示をされたので、こちらにして良かったと思います。
