We had to wait for more than a half hour for the van after being on an international flight and reserving this service well in advance. They led us outside the airport and we still waited in the van and bus parking area as different vans and buses came and went. The van that finally pulled up for us was dirty like it had gone through a mud bath on the outside. It was cramped on the inside. We had to put our carryon bags on our laps. I would not recommend using this service. Viator should check out the services they use and make sure they are up to par. This one was not! We would not use them again.

We are sorry about your experience, but we sent a minivan for your sedan car reservation and the airport has rules and we follow them. Exiting from door number 14 and waiting for the vehicle outside the airport. When it is busy at the airport entrance, there may be a 10-minute wait, but half an hour is impossible

Airport transport. It would be nice if they assisted you with your luggage when they met you as you exit the baggage area since it is a bit of a distance to get the vehicle. At $112 for transport, when the taxi is about $35, that is the least they could do

This was the worst experience! This is not a private airport transfer, it is something else all together. Long wait times, disorganised and void of customer service. Nobody meets you with your name on a sign. This is more like taking public transport than a private car. Zero assistance from Viator, they are obviously not a consumer advocate! Terrible on all levels! I won’t be using Viator again and have deleted their app, too many better options which value customer service.

We are sorry about your experience. Viator is a brokerage firm. Our service also has to be within the framework of the airport rules, and these include exiting through gate 14, arriving at the welcome logo designated by the airport, and going to floor -2 to wait to board the vehicle waiting outside the airport. These are all airport rules, we cannot change them. Our service with private vehicles, are comfortable, and our drivers are courteous and polite. You can read thid in reviews all orjinal and true.

The driver was prompt and his car was clean. Unfortunately, he took us to the wrong airport. Luckily, the company was able to solve the problem and we did not miss our flight. I would just confirm that you are going to the correct in Airport in Istanbul before you leave your hotel.

Very friendly and efficient service. The company is clearly a very well run organization that cares about its customers. The booking was easy; Surat sent us detailed messages regarding where we would be picked up at the airport and exactly how to get there; we were greeted by a pleasant young man who spoke good English (far better than my Turkish I’m ashamed to say); and were directed to our vehicle, which was exactly if not better than advertised. We were driven straight to our hotel and helped at both ends with our baggage. All in all a very stress free and friendly introduction to an Istanbul after a long flight. I would have hesitation in recommending this service.

I booked a transfer from the airport to my hotel, and was very impressed. A day or two before I flew to Istanbul I was sent instructions via whatsapp on which door to use from the airport terminal to get to the meeting point (drivers dont seem to be allowed inside the terminal). When I arrived I went to the meeting point where I was met by the company. I was then escorted to the waiting vehicle. The driver was great and negotiated the heavy traffic and often very narrow streets with ease. I was impressed enough that I booked my return journey through this company as well. The vehicles are spacious and comfortable and bottled water was provided.
For the return journey my driver was running a few minutes late due to the traffic being particularly heavy but the company let me know and kept me informed of the driver's progress, and the delay wasnt significant - they still got me to the airport in plenty of time.

They provided easy instructions to find them at the airport, which is always stressful when arriving in a new country. My driver was great, he drove as close as he could to my apartment then took the time to get walking directions and walk me with my bags to my door. It was a very busy part of town during a very busy time of night, so this was very appreciated.

The car for the transfer to the airport was 43 min late. The passenger, 77-yo lady, was out of her mind worrying about being late for the flight. The operator first promised the car to be only 10 min late, then another only 2 min late, then, still about 15 min before the car actually came, told us that the "driver is close". Such a nerve-wracking experience. And then the car which came smelled of cigarette smoke so intensely that made all of us nauseous. What a terrible experience.

I paid a premium over other services and was made to wait over 30 minutes outside in the cold . Really unacceptable when the service had the flight information . The vehicle was a van when a sedan was booked and I would rate its condition a 6 out of 10.
