Communication was excellent very detail pick up instructions for the airport and our return trip. The cars were very clean and both our drivers were prompt, professional and very helpful. Would recommend for a stress free way to get to your destination.

We used SAW travel for the Arirport transfer from the Istanbul airport to a hotel in Taksim and for the return airport transfer. For both transfers, the manager Deniz was very helpful and kept in constant touch by WhatsApp throughout the transfers to make sure both our rides were comfortable and without any issues. On both rides, we had the same wonderful driver, Sabri, who kept us entertained and also provided some meaningful information on Istanbul and its history. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience with SAW travel and would definitely use their service next time we are in Instanbul. Thank you, Deniz and Sabri.
Came ford instead of Mercedes on the photo. Whyyyyy????? When i expected mercedes why ford came? I expectd mercedes.
Murat was wonderful! The Istanbul airport was very busy and is large. I was traveling by myself so I was a bit anxious arriving later at night. Murat sent me a video of my route to the correct exit. It made it easy! He was waiting for me and escorted me to the driver who was also terrific. Somehow he thought I was at a different hotel but took me the the correct one with no issues. I highly recommend Saw and Murat!
Very well organized and efficient. They gave me detailed instructions on how to find them and they were there waiting. The vehicle was very comfortable and driver was excellent.
Probably the best airport transfer we have ever taken.
Driver was on time and very accurate on where to meet and how to get out of cruise. He took care of all our bags.
Really seamless communication and minimal waiting for the taxi to get us. Had no issues following the instructions provided and was able to get in contact with them with questions prior to arrival. Highly recommend.
Excellent airport transfer. Everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this service to others.
Our driver was early and I appreciated that. We were already downstairs. It was 4am and the weather was miserable with lots of rain. The van was comfortable and our driver was very careful due to the weather. Would absolutely recommend this company! They confirmed the trip more than once beforehand which made me relaxed about the early morning pickup..

Unfortunately we were not impressed with the service.
Very unorganized and poor communication at the meeting point. I would not use the service again and would recommend other options.
Please note this doing not apply to the driver. He was excellent (friendly and professional).

Hello, our valued customer. Thank you very much for appreciating the transfer and vehicle service—after all, that is exactly the service we provide! :)
I must admit, I was a bit hurt that you gave us a 1-star rating, but never mind—it’s great to know you were satisfied. As for the airport staff, please direct your feedback to TAV at Istanbul Airport, not to us.

TRANSFER AND TOUR COMPANY
The whole process was very smooth and well organized. I had prompt and solid communication on WhatsApp before and during the transfer, which was very reassuring. The company also sent me very clear instructions and videos on how to find them at the massive airport. The day we arrived in Istanbul was when they had torrential flooding rain, so the traffic was horrendous but our driver got us to our hotel safe and sound. It made the entire transfer from the airport to our hotel very easy with no stress.

Great service! They provided good directions on where to find them at the airport and we easily identified our driver. Large, clean, recent model van with water and soda! About as much as a taxi into the city and less than an Uber.

The instructions provided before our arrival in Istanbul were clear and easy, we just headed to the door to meet them. Our driver arrived on time, was friendly and even showed places around our area. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend booking with them if you’re visiting Istanbul!

The pickup at the airport went very well with clear instructions to meet driver. Very nice vehicle. Unfortunately driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel....Orient Bank versus Orient Occident. The driver had already left before we noticed mistake. Fortunately the 2 hotels were affiliated and they took care of transferring us which was only a few hundred yards away. I take partial responsibility as I should have been very specific on hotel name when driver asked. Two Orients, who knew.

Very nice luxury car, courteous driver, and fast transfer to the hotel near Galata Cruise Port. Be sure to view video they send (and review it again before landing at airport), it is a big airport and that video really was helpful!
Once you find the operator, he will check your name with is list and call the car which took about 10 minutes. They escort you to the car and you're on your way. Water bottles provided in the car.

Once you have booked, they are prompt in reaching out and explaining where airport pickup happens. They were available by Whatsapp once we had landed, and gave us the driver's number and license plate so that we could identify the car. Easy to connect with!

The ride to the hotel was with a Mercedes minivan for the two of us. The driver was courteous but sometimes frustrated with the traffic. Overall I recommend it rather than taking a taxi or uber.

The information received ahead of our arrival was very clear and helpful. We were met as soon as we arrived at the meeting point by a representative who then took us to where our driver was waiting. Avoided any worries about where to find a taxi and how much we were going to be charged.

Your driver did not show up at airport. No is answering the call. Voicemail stated office hours between 7.30 am to 4 pm. It is a worst service ever

Mr. Muhammed OMAR... You did not show up for your appointment!!! You have not responded to any of the emails or messages we sent you!!
I sent several messages via WhatsApp to the number +1 (214) 870-8723. I believe there has been a misunderstanding; I am not the person you are looking for. We do not have an answering machine service. Mr. Muhammed, it is highly inappropriate for you to leave such a review, especially considering that you did not even use our services. Please check your emails and your phone.

We used this service for transportation from the Istanbul airport to our downtown hotel. Service was excellent. Prior to leaving on our trip, they sent a video to illustrate how to navigate to the correct airport exit where they would be waiting. We easily found the greeter and were led to the waiting vehicle.

The communication with this company was great. Once I booked, I was sent clear instructions on how to locate the driver. Istanbul's airport is huge. No matter how many YouTube videos you watch, there's nothing like the experience of navigating it. The last thing I wanted to do was try and navigate my way to my hotel. My drivers were prompt, courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company.
