Would have been a 5 star

Rhonda_F, Sep 2026

Getting to the driver from the IST airport took forever and it was pure chaos . The system was badly organized but all outside transportation I believe does the same thing. In terms of the actual service mu driver Muhittin was great, fast and super attentive.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thank you for your feedback and kind words about Muhittin. We’re sorry the airport meeting process felt chaotic. Istanbul Airport is very large, and guests need to reach the designated meeting point before being escorted to their vehicle. Our driver waited 90 minutes for you to reach the meeting point and remained available to complete your transfer. We’re glad Muhittin’s attentive service made the journey itself a positive experience.

Could be better....

Simon_D, Feb 2026

The vehicle arrived late meaning I was stood in a carpark for 15minutes. The vehicle was old, well worn & no water was provided as advertised.

Response from Host, Feb 2026

Dear Simon, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the drop-off destination entered in the booking was incorrect. The reservation was made for the European side, but the actual address was on the Asian side. This change was understood at the last minute. Although this was not caused by us and was outside our operating area, we chose to resolve the situation to avoid canceling your service. Due to the last-minute change, we had to arrange and pay another licensed agency to complete your transfer to the Asian side. We always try to support our guests and find solutions, even when the issue is beyond our responsibility. Kind regards, Aras Private Istanbul Tours & Airport Transfers

Great!

Waiting time was about 15-25 minutes but the driver who took me to my hotel was very cheery and nice, which was great to see after a very long flight. Car was clean and better than expected. Would recommend!

Transfer airport to hotel in Istanbul

Erica_N, Sep 2026

The communication was good and fast, but a little confusing, I think if they had waited with a sign it would have helped, it took a while between the meeting and the departure, the car was spacious but the air was hot. Finally tips to improve! But otherwise everything is okay.
