The greeter was looking for us and guided use with ease and confidence to our driver. The driver was friendly had a beautiful van clean with a bottle of water and candies. We felt safe and enjoyed the ride.

Great communication and easy to work with! Due to a cancellation of one of our hotel rooms, we needed two of our group to dropped off at a different location. Our driver was willing to make an extra stop for us, which we greatly appreciated! Fantastic, prompt, courteous service! Highly recommend!!!!!

Hello , I think there is misunderstanding. We don’t use gas for our vehicles also don’t use any gas for cleaning . Maybe you did smell that from outside . Anyway Apologise for any inconvenience. Hope to welcome again

The arrival at Istanbul airport is a bit chaotic, with multiple suppliers, and literally hundreds of passengers arriving out the same door. But…. Our representative was there, and escorted us to our vehicle in good time. Transfer itself was comfortable, great vehicle, and enjoyable.

Used this service from airport pick up to the hotel. Everything went well from the time I booked to the moment of drop off at the hotel. From the moment I booked, got a message from the team with a video description of where to meet and then was escorted to the driver by another member of the team!! Thank you guys!!

Despite texting the driver upon touch-down, he was not waiting for me which was stressful. Communications before had been good, but when you are paying for a premium service, you expect the driver to be waiting for you, in fact he was on another job and was bringing people to the airport, so when he eventually arrived, the car still had dirty/empty water bottles in the car from the previous customers. Not good.

Dear Stephen , Apologise for the situation . Sorry to inform you but all guests have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for vehicle as any vehicle is not allowed to wait inside airport and all my vehicles are coming from outside of airport . Because My parking is 8 minutes away from Airport . Nothing to do about waiting .
Also i have checked with my driver and operation manager that , vehicle was checked and reported that it is clean allready and he was waiting for you not having any other transfers.
Again apologise for the situation .

So sorry to hear that but our vehicles are not allowed to wait inside airport and they are waited at our own parking area which is 10 minutes away . That’s why waiting 10 15 minutes are normal duration which allready mentioned at explanation part .

Comfortable drive . Good clean Mercedes van with room to stretch . Reasonable pricing . Good communication. Wish they were a little bit more responsive on the WhatsApp . You don’t get read receipts on WhatsApp communications and sometimes don’t get timely response . So we had to call and make sure to confirm flight delays etc . Once in airport things are better and there are usually people there to coordinate and take you to the car within 10-15 minutes .

I visit Istanbul every 3 months for business. This is the only van service I use. They have multiple drivers and multiple vehicles in different sizes. He upgraded my last van for free to make room for our extra luggage. Very reliable and trustworthy. The drivers know the shortcuts in Istanbul and get you there on time.

Our driver was not ready at the airport when we arrived. We had to wait for 15 minutes and someone had to call the transfer company. The car was hot with no AC and not clean at all. Overall, bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Thanks for your comments . First of all , want to inform you that all vehicles have to wait outside of airport as it is not allowed to wait inside airport . So waiting 10 15 minutes are normal time . Secondly checked the vehicle and there was no problem for ac and cleanless of my vehicle . Have a good time in Istanbul
