This is definitely the best option for transportation from the airport. They were patient and friendly and were great communicators on how to find them. We used taxis one time and it was a rip off so this company is the best way to go!

Advertise new, beautiful cars but do not provide one

The transfer was fine overall in that we got from the airport to our hotel. Our driver was also friendly and polite. However this company advertises newer, clean, well maintained Mercedes vans, but what we got was a dirty, beat up, older Mercedes van that was pretty disgusting to ride in. Felt like a bait & switch, especially for the 60 euro cost. Would definitely not use this service through Adore Travel again.

Finding them was not difficult. They do contact you WhatsApp and respond to your message. The reason I gave poor rating is because of the car itself. The car was dirty and smelled so bad, there was food smell and worse cigarette smoke smell. It was bad to have to endure the smell for a 45 minute drive.

Best tour guide in Istanbul

Our your guide was Musa and he was the best. He was very informative & knowledgeable. He took us to both mosque, the Bistec (spelled wrong for sure), took us to a few shops & even made us a reservation for our 25th anniversary dinner. I highly recommend this tour.

The vehicle was as advertised. There was a little bit inconvenience as we were initially put in a wrong vehicle which was for another group maybe because there were many groups. Anyway, we were apologized and put in the right vehicle.
